Matt and Jamar very thoroughly welcomed us in and served with a smile while having some pleasant conversation about our plans for the day and whatnot. (not the fake kind of obligatory customer service small talk)

While the food was excellent, the customer service from those two stood out the most.

If I owned or managed this place I’d made sure to do what I can to hold onto those guys. They represent your business very well.

“It’s good pizza…not earth shattering The service and smiles are great to see. Prices are fair. If I could suggest one thing, change the hamburger/beef topping. The pieces of beef are very small and dry. Please go for bigger portions regarding that. The Mike’s Hot Honey and pizza combo is terrific.“

“We love Lit pizza, but the Denham springs, La location can NEVER get the online order correct in the evenings. About 4 of us order several times online and every single time one or more of the pizza’s are incorrect. It makes us not want to order out, which we do often as we work evening shifts.“

They stood around the bar talking and conversating. One girls was actually doing things and working the others were just standing and talking.“

“Wow. I ordered pizza and a salad through Uber Eats. Unbelievably good pizza. Generous toppings and cooked to perfection. Great flavor throughout. The salad was great. Delivery was on time and the driver was courteous. Will definitely eat here again next time I am in town.“

“Just left the Ferndale location. The server was quite uninviting and inattentive but Rick(who i believe was the chef) was amazing. Brought us plates and silverware, cleaned up my daughter’s spilt water, bussed our table and even packed our leftovers in a box. Tried to leave him a tip and he refused to accept. He’s wonderful and y’all are lucky to have him! Food was good as always“

“My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. It was busy, but we ordered quick enough. I got the red, white, and blueberry salad with the raspberry dressing and it was delicious! She had chicken pesto sandwich and loaded potato soup and loved both of them. We shared a slice of strawberry cake that was so good.“

“We stopped for gas, snacks and the bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The gas does have 10% ethanol which was very disappointing. The station across the road has ethanol free gas. Saw this after I had fueled up. Anyway, the store clerks were very friendly. The snacks were good. The location is convenient. Only complaint is the ethanol gas.“

“Honestly one of the best fast pizza places in baton rouge! They have never gotten my order wrong once. Very speedy in making it & they have a drive thru line so you don’t have to get out of the car. The workers are also very friendly and willing to add anything else to your order if possible.“

“The lady working now is super nice & her pizzas are jamming, especially the taco. Their fountain machine is down so bring a drink. The girl working at night a few months go wasn't good. She would lock the door & not answer the phone a little after six & dodge orders. This was after earlier in the day assuring me I could place an order up until 6:40 pm. I couldn't get her on the phone at 6:20 so I drove over (I live a few blocks away), the door was locked & I called from my car & watched her just sitting there & purposely ignoring the phone. But the lady there now is great!“

“I’ve been to this location several times, and the crew is always super nice! I walked in expecting to see the people I normally do, but tonight there was someone new that I’d never seen before.

He was running the entire store by himself, and I know that had to be stressful. Despite that, he remained kind and welcoming to every single person who walked through the door. While preparing orders, he still made the effort to greet customers as they came in and even made a little small talk.

I just had to leave a review because his kindness truly left a lasting impression on my heart. I love coming across exceptional customer service, but even more than that, I appreciate the wonderful people who provide it.
