“The ice cream at this place is top-tier. The only reason I would give it four stars instead of five is because the waffle cones don’t seem to be fresh or freshly made (maybe out of a box). They don’t match the quality of the ice cream. The ice cream is top-tier 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend this place and I love the ice cream. When I go back I will just not get my ice cream in a waffle cone.“

I loved the Boci (chocolate hazelnut), praline, and raspberry gelato. I have also had several cheesecake and cookie options. If you cant decide, they will fresh pack pints and quarts as well as box up your pastry selections in a box with red twine. And there is an airpirt location as well.“

“This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“

“My wife and I tried Sweet Magnolia Ice for the first time, and it was a great experience! The little purple hut made for a some cute photos, and the snowballs were very good. We tried a “The Sweet Magnolia” with ice cream and a cherry snowball - so we could get their specialty and a classic. Both were very good! We’d definitely go back!“

“The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. I give them a 10/10 for their customer service and their frozen lemonade! 6/17/2023“

“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. I adore your establishment and wish we would ah e come sooner! But we WILL be back! and you guys will always be a top recommendation for everyone who asks places to go! “Love what these two ladies have built over the years here in St. Rose! The menu is huge with unbelievable options of goodies and treats to choose from and most often delicious.

I'll keep my fifth star because the exterior and seating need a serious upgrade, especially with the eye sore attached to the building. At minimum wash down the dust and webs from the signage and remove old signage debris from the fence. A little love goes a long way.“
