“Food was superb. Had the redfish. I could eat it every single day. My waitress Brianna was perfect. Everytime she came to the table she was kind and bubbly. It was a busy Friday night and it didn't feel as such. My only only issue is the amount of noise. Almost like a club. It's such a small space. It was like eating in a bar on Frenchman. The Al green singer was great just turn it down just a tiny bit. WILL BE BACK!!!“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“Stopped by for dinner since it was just steps from my hotel, and I’m glad I did! Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Charlie, who was super attentive and made the experience even better. I ordered the wedge salad, crab cake, and pork belly. The wedge salad and crab cake were my favorites — the crab cake had no filler and was full of flavor. I also learned they give free bread with meals, which I didn’t get to try this time but definitely plan to on my next visit. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Everything was a very large size, and I left feeling satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try the bread pudding next time. Highly recommend if you’re in New Orleans and looking for a solid steakhouse experience with great service.“

“picked up a to-go order, slight issue with order coming through. get there, no order’s been put in. They apologize, and throw in free french fries. Something about my order came through as 2 burgers. We come back 20 minutes later. Not only do they bring out my food TO me but they also threw in the 2 burgers that the mix up came through as for free! Ray was the gentleman who assisted me, couldn’t have been more pleasant. 10/10 choice for dinner tonight on service alone“

“We visited Ruth Chris inside of Harrah’s hotel. This was my first time even going to a Ruth Chris and I was blown away! The salmon, shrimp, & steak were all phenomenal. We even got some crabcakes and cheesecake that were just as good. The dirty martinis weren’t quite dirty enough, but I guess that’s not a bad thing.. when in NOLA haha! Service 10/10. Restaurant was clean and all of the employees were friendly!“

“My girlfriend and I both ate here last night for the first time ever. We celebrated our one year anniversary here, and our server Mark made things nothing but wonderful and easy. He had great recommendations and very smoothly moved the night along. He even got us an anniversary dessert with writing on the plate in chocolate and everything. I recommend this place for a fancy date night and if Mark is available, I recommend you get him as a server. I can’t imagine anyone in that place doing a better job than him.“

“My wife and I were in for the JazzFest celebrating my 50th birthday and went for dinner. Our steaks and seafood were absolutely amazing and words cannot describe our server Reba! She was fantastic! The assistant manager Gerard prepared our bananas Foster tableside and give us the history of the dish while he prepared it! It was to die for! “We had to wait a good 30 minutes for our food but we ordered a tomahawk. The food was great and filling. They have a great atmosphere that makes me want to come back. I did not know they have crab legs, which isn’t on the menu but they have them. I’ll definitely be back to try the crab legs. $60 for all you can eat.“

“The BBQ Shrimp here is mind blowing, the people are lovely, the bartenders are pros, and the atmosphere is cinematic. My experience here was a genuine welcome to New Orleans. I'll never forget it. And every time I'm back in town, I'll visit Estrella and catch up with real friends I made there. Estrella will always hold a special place in my heart.“

“I booked a private party for 25 people for my dad’s 90th birthday. Ms Carol Gales was so easy to deal with and very helpful. On the night of the event everything was as promised. The food was great and the service team was spot on. The whole event went beautifully. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend. Also pricing was super reasonable!“
