“After getting into town late and checking into my hotel(Hampton Inn directly behind the restaurant), I realized how hungry I was. It was relatively late for dinner but I checked out Ditali's menu, saw that they were still open and decided to order the Calzone. I ordered online without any issues. Maaann....was I in for surprise. One of the legit best meals I've had in a long time! The portions are huge and the marinara was excellent! The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when I picked up! I will most certainly be recommending and dining with Ditali's again!“

The service was top notch and because it’s a relatively small restaurant, the atmosphere was intimate and relaxed. Was only passing through NOLA for 1 night and there were so many great restaurants to choose from but I’m so happy I went with Dakar. It was one of my favorite meals ever!!!“

“I was in Tremé for four days, and I ate and drank coffee at Fatmas each and every single one of those days. The coffee was amazing. The food was delicious and their pastries were just beautiful. I loved the atmosphere and the outside seating. There’s even a couple of open windows where you can just stand and look out and feel the breeze while you’re waiting for your food. I wish that I lived closer so that I could go there every day.“

“I had an event for 50 High School students catered by Felipes and it was perfect. I ordered the Taco Bar and they hit a homerun. There was plenty of food - it arrived on time and still hot. The delivery person helped me get the food inside which I appreciated. Everything that we ordered was there and there was enough food for some leftovers. The students all raved about how great the food was and how excited they were about the cheese dip and chicken tacos. The ordering process on the front end was easy - and the employee Samantha was able to help me adjust the order the day of the event. Outstanding service! A+ FOR FELIPES!“

After reading over the menu option — there is a wide variety of sweet & savory items — we settled on a dark chocolate milk shake and crème brûlée crepe with strawberries. Absolutely amazing! We did not expect it to be as delicious as it was and now we can’t wait to come back for another sweet crepe. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t already.“

I returned for the oysters and spaghetti, yeah I left completely enamored with the oyster stew and one of the best cup of coffee in New Orleans and that saying something. As magazine Street turns into an open-air mall of expensive clothing boutiques, this is a reminder that New Orleans was once the funkiest of American cities we're the best inexpensive food.“
