“My wife and daughter and I went to Luna's yesterday, as my wife grew up in Lake Charles and said that Luna's was THE local hangout when she was growing up. With good reason, I found out. The restaurant was a delight. The food was amazing (I had a fantastic hamburger and a really good salad), and the atmosphere made me smile (all around us, throwback posters and paintings from 80s music and 90s movies). Plus the wait staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a good restaurant to do dinner with family and friends, this is the place to go.“

“We had a great experience dining here on 6/3/23. The dozen oysters on the half shell were very tasty. My husband had the catfish and commented on how it was the best he has had in a very long time. I had the burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for accommodating all my food allergies. It’s difficult but you all really tried and I appreciate it very much. Finally, we had great service from Brook and enjoyed eating on the patio. Keep up the great work. Food service is a grueling job but you all did it so effortlessly!“

“It is always so unbearably cold in there. We bring sweaters etc, but last night I shivered through my meal being unable to enjoy it. And the waiter was rushing us through the meal. Arrived at 515p out by 540p. The food is always delicious but the atmosphere killed it. Very fast loud music, difficult to hold a conversation at the table.“

“From Houston out here for work , wanted some good crawfish and I couldn’t decide where to go so I gave them a shot and didn’t regret it , Crawfish was good had great flavor , shrimp was 10/10 easy peel and flavor full ! I asked for extra spice and mannnnne that set it off good !! 10/10 for us crawfish were pretty big ! Potato and corn were fire too ! Drive thru was fast and quick !! Spent about 45$ 3lbs crawfish , 1lb shrimp 4 extra potatoes 2 corns , and butter sauce !! More than enough for me and my wife !“

“We've been here a few times for lunch and dinner. The crawfish is some of the best you'll ever have in Louisiana! But the womens restroom has been disgusting both times. Every stall dirty with stains on the walls, floor, mirrors, and toilets. Minimal soap and paper towels. We came three weeks apart- bathrooms looked the same on the second visit as they did the first. Not sure they had been cleaned since our first visit. If you're going for crawfish you will happy just maybe find somewhere else to clean up afterwards!“

“Anything you choose is going to be great! I've come here a few times and I try something different each time and I haven't been disappointed yet. The shrimp po-boy is phenomenal, the burgers are juicy and well seasoned, the duck tenders are flavorful, I could go on and on. This place isn't just a bar. They also have a pool hall next door that's got it own bar and it's a chiller quieter area which is great if you want to take a break from all the partying next door. Highly recommend ?? ?? ??

Parking: On busier nights you'll have to park down the street if you don't get there early, but worth it.

It was tricky to find a place that reliably could make tasty and mild dishes until we found Taj Mahal. We try to get dinner here once a week and it’s always fantastic- made just the way we order it heat wise, super tasty, very large portions and great service. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out! Check out the mild chicken korma if you want to venture into Indian food but are afraid of it being too spicy. Great place!!“

“My server tonight was by far the best server I have had in a long time. Her name was Katie and she had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to talk to and extremely attentive. My food came out cold and she immediately made sure it was fixed with fresh hot food within minutes and not once did a smile leave her face. In such a high stress environment it can be hard to maintain positivity but she is the embodiment of what a good waitress should be! She deserves recognition for the hard work and good job that she does. Katie was helpful in every way and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a good dinner this evening. I am truly appreciative of her and will definitely be back to this location because of her! Thank you Katie!“
