“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hosted our 25th Year Class Reunion dinner at The Bourbon Square Jazz Bar, and I have to say — this place is a true gem in New Orleans! From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. Manager Mia is a class act — professional, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure our group felt taken care of. Tee the bartender made me feel right at home, and Roc the owner personally came out to introduce himself and thank us for our business. That kind of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. The food was phenomenal — my classmates couldn’t stop raving about it. The hookah was smooth, the drinks were on point, and the entire vibe made us feel like we were home away from home. They run a tight, professional ship with a welcoming atmosphere. We missed karaoke night (it’s on Sundays and we came on Saturday), but that just gives me a reason to come back — and I absolutely will. Thank you Mia, Tee, and Roc for making our reunion dinner so special. Much love from the Ribault Class of 2000!“

“Lyrick at Gretna Location went beyond an employee usually do. They were out of straws and she asked me did I want her to run down to the Smoothie King to grab some straws for me and my grand daughter. You don’t find many employees that would offer to do that. This young lady had a smile the whole time I was in this store.She gave good vibes and for this I will return to this store.“

“SunRay Grill is my all time favorite! I started going there when my husband was hospitalized at Ochsner and haven't stopped yet! I highly recommend them! FANTASTIC and creative food, reasonable prices and EXCELLENT service by all!“

“We had a fantastic visit to the Dairy Dip and enjoyed their delicious milkshakes. They were thick, creamy, and full of rich flavor—just the way a great milkshake should be! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to visit a place where both the service and the quality of the treats exceed expectations. “Service was good and the food was hot and tasty. The restroom ? needs a lot of attention as soon as you enter the restroom there is a very strong odor of urine! I was not a big fan of ordering my food and pay for it when sitting in the restaurant. And added a good tip to the tab and that I did not like as no matter what kind of service was given they still got a tip“

“See update below. Didn't get food, it even get to order, as they left me hanging at the drive through almost 10 minutes, then 5 more at the widow, only to come and tell me that they were closed. I drove away at exactly their closing time, so I suppose they usually stop taking orders 15 minutes before closing, so they can clean up and reduce labor costs.
Update. Gerrika called me and we talked about my experience.
Very nice conversation and she welcomed me back to give them another try.
Great experience, tried the new Smash Burger with chili tots and, of course, a large cherry limeade. Perfect order, great new burger, really appreciate the follow up and care taken to address consumer concerns.“

“First time in years that I've been into a Mc Donald's and had a good experience.Stopped in in my way to work and grabbed a burger, fries, and an Apple pie for dinner. Everything was right, hot, and actually wrapped and placed in the bag nicely. Total time in the store was under ten minutes.Staff was helpful and friendly and they seemed to be working well together. I was very pleasantly surprised.“
