“This is the cutest coffee stop in NOLA! My favorite is a lightly sweet Moxie over ice. I love stopping here when I am visiting from out of town. Super cute, friendly staff, always good coffee. I even picked up a sweatshirt and a bag of Cherry coffee to take home last time I visited. 10/10 recommend it all.

“Hello. Not sure if talking fo the barista would solve this little problem but want to express concern. Its about the woman’s bathroom at the Metairie Road location Please take the time to check the condition of your toilet. Unfortunately The toilet seat is broken and my handicapped friend had the miss fortune of having to use the bathroom and sit on the seat because her leg is broken and she could not bend it. Good thing I was with her because the toilet sleep seat slipped. Almost caused her to fall on the floor. Has she fallen on the floor, and if she would’ve been alone I doubt she would’ve been able to get up. And she probably would’ve been injured. I just wanted to bring that to someone’s attention and not sure you talk to you so I’m playing it right here. The coffee , the shop, and the people that work there make the experience very nice when you go to PJs. Please pay attention to your bathrooms as I’m sure there are many people that use it and I feel that this could be a problem ...thank you“

“Come to this location once every couple of weeks. As a general rule, I'm always pleased with all locations and the staff. Obviously with most, learn each others faces and even some life's stories. This location in particular, I would like to give an extra kudos!!... for whats most likely been a 100% every time. From additional non-requested gestures, to sometimes that extra emphasis on "Welcome...," or "how are you doing" while sitting with a coffee, it takes that little edge over the others. Not to diminish any locations, as I said. But the X factor that you feel you're going to get when walking into this location.

The flavor is special at PUCCINO'S even the regular brewed coffee.... I had a biscuit and several coffee refills for under $10 with tip!!“

I don't really understand people on here who give one star reviews because the barista didn't smile at them or welcome them into the establishment. “I absolutely love this place. From the social media-ready decor to hospitality of the owner, and especially the fun and delicious drinks, you won't be disappointed coming here. They are currently out of a few things due to supply chain issues but that is not their fault so I didn't take any points off for that.I visit this place every Tuesday when I'm out iMetairie. My favorite so far is the Brulee Bobo (boba) with Milk Tea. I could use a bit more tea in mine but I was informed that when they tried to increase the tea flavor, people complained, which sucks. That's where the one star of food comes from, but that's just my personal preference.The other great thing about this place is they are always adding off the menu drinks and even created one I asked for.. an oolong rose tea.You may be confused and initially off-putting when you see there's cheese or egg pudding on top of your boba, but trust me it works. The fruit teas are also amazing. The Lychee Rose is so good and picture- worthy. The Sakura Matcha is also delicious.Next time you're feeling adventurous, ignore all the other boba places, and come check out this Taiwanese cheese tea place ASAP. “Wow! What an amazing little spot. Puccino’s home of the “real” Italian coffee. So convenient for ya’ll coming across the Causeway. Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing breakfast and anytime selections. The barista was spot on with the drinks. The vibe is alluring. Free Wi-Fi. Seriously, this is a go-to type of place. There are other locations of one's closer for you, but it is absolutely worth a visit!!

“I ordered a trenta strawberry Acai refresher with green tea instead of water and with light ice and extra strawberries. Also ordered a tall toffee nut frappucino with 1.5 pumps of syrup (instead of the usual 2 pumps). I also wanted cinnamon, and the barista suggested cinnamon powder instead of syrup to keep the sugar down. He blended the cinnamon powder and almond milk in the drink. Blending it was a good idea. Otherwise, the cinnamon would have been sprinkled on top. It was really good.“

“The beignet and chicory coffee were both very good. We enjoyed the food, but the service was not particularly impressive. Also, it’s a much smaller branch compared to the original store, so the atmosphere was also not as great as the one in the downtown New Orleans.
