“New Orleans is nortorius for not separating checks. I find this very inconvenient to the customer especially when you have party larger than two. Then it's very embarrassing to see customers passing the hat to pay for their portion of the meal with cash trying to figure out tax and tip. Everywhere I've been, there is no problem separating checks. I've been to New Orleans and requested separate checks and the waiters seem confused and then it becomes a huge delay. It's sad this restuarant has good food and atmosphere with this type of service and doesn't make it easy for customers to do business with them. They make easy for themselves but not for the customers. Go figure“

“My girlfriend and I both ate here last night for the first time ever. We celebrated our one year anniversary here, and our server Mark made things nothing but wonderful and easy. He had great recommendations and very smoothly moved the night along. He even got us an anniversary dessert with writing on the plate in chocolate and everything. I recommend this place for a fancy date night and if Mark is available, I recommend you get him as a server. I can’t imagine anyone in that place doing a better job than him.“

“I wish I could give more stars! Had the best experience, meal, and service last night at Chophouse. Visiting from out of state and this restaurant caught my eye. It did NOT disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager who escorted me to the bar where I asked to sit. The gentleman tending the bar was top notch and the meal was incredible. There was a talented pianist playing last night and the ambiance was great. I got the Delmonico steak with hash browns and a salad….I’ll be back again before I leave town!“

“I booked a private party for 25 people for my dad’s 90th birthday. Ms Carol Gales was so easy to deal with and very helpful. On the night of the event everything was as promised. The food was great and the service team was spot on. The whole event went beautifully. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend. Also pricing was super reasonable!“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“Stopped by for dinner since it was just steps from my hotel, and I’m glad I did! Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Charlie, who was super attentive and made the experience even better. I ordered the wedge salad, crab cake, and pork belly. The wedge salad and crab cake were my favorites — the crab cake had no filler and was full of flavor. I also learned they give free bread with meals, which I didn’t get to try this time but definitely plan to on my next visit. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Everything was a very large size, and I left feeling satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try the bread pudding next time. Highly recommend if you’re in New Orleans and looking for a solid steakhouse experience with great service.“

“My wife and I were in for the JazzFest celebrating my 50th birthday and went for dinner. Our steaks and seafood were absolutely amazing and words cannot describe our server Reba! She was fantastic! The assistant manager Gerard prepared our bananas Foster tableside and give us the history of the dish while he prepared it! It was to die for! “We visited Ruth Chris inside of Harrah’s hotel. This was my first time even going to a Ruth Chris and I was blown away! The salmon, shrimp, & steak were all phenomenal. We even got some crabcakes and cheesecake that were just as good. The dirty martinis weren’t quite dirty enough, but I guess that’s not a bad thing.. when in NOLA haha! Service 10/10. Restaurant was clean and all of the employees were friendly!“

“We had to wait a good 30 minutes for our food but we ordered a tomahawk. The food was great and filling. They have a great atmosphere that makes me want to come back. I did not know they have crab legs, which isn’t on the menu but they have them. I’ll definitely be back to try the crab legs. $60 for all you can eat.“

“Shoutout to Christopher! With the BEST service a family could ask for on vacation. No exaggeration at all. He was funny, kind, informative, and super quick to help answer any questions we had. Even non food related. He helped answer questions my daughter had when she asked about the city. To top it all off, the food was great. He had great suggestions on what we should order. Plates were clean!!!“

“Had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch at Saltgrass in Metairie. Kayla was the best server. She was patient and kind. She even asked me for my ID when I ordered a cocktail even though I’m 44 years old 😉 she’s the Best!“
