“New Orleans is nortorius for not separating checks. I find this very inconvenient to the customer especially when you have party larger than two. Then it's very embarrassing to see customers passing the hat to pay for their portion of the meal with cash trying to figure out tax and tip. Everywhere I've been, there is no problem separating checks. I've been to New Orleans and requested separate checks and the waiters seem confused and then it becomes a huge delay. It's sad this restuarant has good food and atmosphere with this type of service and doesn't make it easy for customers to do business with them. They make easy for themselves but not for the customers. Go figure“

“Had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch at Saltgrass in Metairie. Kayla was the best server. She was patient and kind. She even asked me for my ID when I ordered a cocktail even though I’m 44 years old 😉 she’s the Best!“

“We dined on a Sun evening party of 4 and a toddler. The svc was excellent from the hostess to our server Chris. We enjoyed 3 of the three for sixty. We ordered 2 with steaks and 1 with the salmon and the other the 2 four Oz filet mignon with the shrimp. The cheese cake was delicious and we also had the crab cakes for an appetizer. It was our first time and we'll be going again...“

“This restaurant has become our go-to spot lately. I used to enjoy dining at Ruth's Chris, but we felt the food quality has declined. A few months ago, friends invited us to meet for dinner, and now we find ourselves going back at least once a month. We particularly enjoy sitting in the bar area, where Michael O'Hara plays the piano and sings popular songs. Another highlight is the convenience of valet parking—pulling up right in front makes it so much easier than searching for a parking spot. On Saturday nights, we always request Khloe as our server; she is attentive and has an amazing personality. If you're looking for incredible steaks or phenomenal seabass, this is the place to go in New Orleans. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention—the New York cheesecake is the best I've ever had!“

“Chemin a la Mer has a beautiful view of the river and absolutely terrific food. I had the: hamachi crudo baked feta Australian Wagyu skirt steak and frites crème brûlée Everything was perfect. Wonderful experience.“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“I booked a private party for 25 people for my dad’s 90th birthday. Ms Carol Gales was so easy to deal with and very helpful. On the night of the event everything was as promised. The food was great and the service team was spot on. The whole event went beautifully. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend. Also pricing was super reasonable!“

“Stopped by for dinner since it was just steps from my hotel, and I’m glad I did! Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Charlie, who was super attentive and made the experience even better. I ordered the wedge salad, crab cake, and pork belly. The wedge salad and crab cake were my favorites — the crab cake had no filler and was full of flavor. I also learned they give free bread with meals, which I didn’t get to try this time but definitely plan to on my next visit. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Everything was a very large size, and I left feeling satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try the bread pudding next time. Highly recommend if you’re in New Orleans and looking for a solid steakhouse experience with great service.“

“My wife and I were in for the JazzFest celebrating my 50th birthday and went for dinner. Our steaks and seafood were absolutely amazing and words cannot describe our server Reba! She was fantastic! The assistant manager Gerard prepared our bananas Foster tableside and give us the history of the dish while he prepared it! It was to die for! “We had to wait a good 30 minutes for our food but we ordered a tomahawk. The food was great and filling. They have a great atmosphere that makes me want to come back. I did not know they have crab legs, which isn’t on the menu but they have them. I’ll definitely be back to try the crab legs. $60 for all you can eat.“

“Overall the food was great. We had to wait a little longer they usual due to Mother's Day. One not, When leave the parking garage out stamped parking ticket would not work. I had to pay $40.00 to get out. Presently I'm seeking Reimbursement for Ruth's management.“

“It looked a little shabby from the street, but once we walked in it was homey and cozy. The waiter was so friendly and joked around too, they made us feel at home. The food was amazing. The steak was perfect and the crab cakes were the best we had in New Orleans. The chef came out too, and he was so nice also. It felt like a neighborhood restaurant, not super touristy like most in the area.“

“My family went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday evening. We haven’t ate there in a few months because the food wasn’t good at all(last few times we went). Long story short, the food was DELICIOUS! The server Kelsea was fantastic! Always checked on us & refilled our drinks before asking. She got anything we needed. The cooks that were working last night kudos to you guys!!!! I eat at Texas Roadhouse all the time, last night was awesome.“
