“New Orleans is nortorius for not separating checks. I find this very inconvenient to the customer especially when you have party larger than two. Then it's very embarrassing to see customers passing the hat to pay for their portion of the meal with cash trying to figure out tax and tip. Everywhere I've been, there is no problem separating checks. I've been to New Orleans and requested separate checks and the waiters seem confused and then it becomes a huge delay. It's sad this restuarant has good food and atmosphere with this type of service and doesn't make it easy for customers to do business with them. They make easy for themselves but not for the customers. Go figure“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

“Our first time dining there and they didn’t disappoint! The service was perfect from the moment we walked in. The waiter was at the table to greet us immediately and promptly took our drink order. They started us off with a complimentary meatball served with a basket of garlic bread and they even put a candle in my mother’s as we were celebrating her 87th birthday. We ordered several appetizers including the crab cakes which were the best I’ve ever had. The beef carpaccio was so good we ordered it a second time and the entrees were equally as delicious. After the meal they brought out a red velvet brownie with a candle in it for my mother and the other tables in our seating area joined us in singing happy birthday to her. She was more than thrilled! We ordered a few desserts to share and the tiramisu was fabulous, in fact it was so good we ordered a second! Needless to say this was a spectacular dining experience.“

“We were in search of a nice dinner to celebrate our engagement and after a terrible experience at Chemir a la Mer the night prior, we decided to give Dickie Brennan's a shot. I am so thankfull we were able to secure a reservation...they filled up very quickly. We were greeted with congratulations and even had a ballon at our table. Deja was so, so friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked just as we requested and so delicious! The sides werr just as great. We look forward to donong here again the next time we are in New Orleans and we will highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you for such a great celebration dinner!“

“First time at NOLA Steak. The Filet and NOLA Strip steaks were both cooked PERFECT! Seasoning was spot on. Baked potato was giant and came loaded…delicious. OMG you have to try the beignets for dessert!!!!! No words for how good they were. Our waiter, Robbie, was very attentive, had a great attitude, respectful, and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager, Carina, came to our table to check on our experience and I REALLY appreciate that type of professionalism. Will definitely go again! Oh, and Hats off to the cook(s)!“

“Once the wait person found out we were using gift cards we really never saw them again. When came time to pay we were passed off again and it too them 3 times to get us checked out and 30 extra minutes. We still have another set of gift cards we may not bother using or going back to Ruth Chris. If you sell gift cards you need to train staff to handle them and not make patrons feel 2nd class or that we are an inconvenience.“

“It looked a little shabby from the street, but once we walked in it was homey and cozy. The waiter was so friendly and joked around too, they made us feel at home. The food was amazing. The steak was perfect and the crab cakes were the best we had in New Orleans. The chef came out too, and he was so nice also. It felt like a neighborhood restaurant, not super touristy like most in the area.“

“I love Teaxs Roadhouse it is one of my favorite restaurant. Mostly because of the bread. The balloon guy pasted me up and he said that he would be back but he lied to an 8 year old!!! Anyways the food is really good 👍 😋 So, 5 stars i will want to go again!!!!“
