“My husband and I rarely get a date night and tonight, we decided to go to outback this time. Let me say that we had the best experience. Our little waitress, Mattie, was the quickest and the sweetest waitress that we've had in a very long time from any restaurant in town. Our food was cooked to perfection. Our steak was juicy, cooked just right and my husband's coconut shrimp were huge and so good. If I was promised this service and could get Mattie every time, we'd go more often.”

Our server, I believe his name is Bailey?, dark wavy hair, was very attentive and friendly and made excellent menu & off-menu suggestions. Our food was wonderful. My chicken parm was huge and cooked perfectly. We loved the decor and thoughtful entertainment options. We plan to return soon. Don’t miss this place. It is unique in this area. Usually we worry about how well a wheelchair can get in, especially when the building used to be someone's house a long time ago. Enoch's a Cafe has a solid concrete pad for accessible parking, with a smooth surface leading up to a gently sloped ramp. And the interior is great too--you can wheel right up to the cutout below the register! But enough about the building, let's talk about the people and the food and drinks. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us. And her chicken salad wrap, my ice cream, and her iced tea all passed with flying colors. (And no, that's not a joke about the Superman ice cream. They call it something else here.) I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast next!”

“We had a party of 20. We can be alot with our individual likes and needs, but our waitress, Tasha, did an AMAZING job. There weren't many people there when we got there due to the work the city is doing. Now we did make a reservation for 6 when I saw they were able to say people again, but about the time half of us got our food more people started coming in. Due to a large group that came in at 4:30, space was getting tight. No worries - they made room, found a table, and people were able to sit at the bar. Due to the work the city had been doing, they weren't heavily staffed. HOWEVER, Tasha handled it absolutely wonderfully. Will I go back? HECK YEA!!! EDITED TO ADD: Kitchen did a GREAT job, too!!!”

“I want to give a shoutout to Nothing Bundt Cake in Monroe. I went to pick up my cake and it wasn’t ready yet. They told me that I could wait in my car and they’d just bring it out. We were in no hurry as the cake wasn’t needed today. 15 minutes later a sweet employee came out with my cake and a box of mini Bundt cakes free of charge as an apology. She told me that my cake bow fell on the floor and she refused to put it on my cake and remade it. Excellent customer service!”

“I’m here visiting my mother from Redondo Beach California. I used to go to a place down the street from my mother’s house within the file this wonderful barbecue heaven. I met the owner who was very kind. He walked me through the menu. He even offered me a few samples of some meat that I didn’t purchase and everything was wonderful. Everybody was so nice. “My kids and my sister's kids have always loved this place. I've taken them since they were all small kids. It's gotten a bit pricey but it's fine. We love the food. Always hot and fresh. The service is always great. The people are nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very family friendly.”

“My husband and I had a late lunch here today. The service from MaraBel (sp?) was top notch and the food was incredible. We ordered the Athena plate for two to share. It came with beef chicken and lamb- grape leaves and spinach pie (spanakopita?) a side of rice with hummus. We started with the baba ganoush and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely be back. Thank you to the young lady who served us. She was lovely.”

We paid $33 for our food including tax so it was a reasonable price for lunch. One con, I don’t really like the air hockey table as it was very loud the one time someone played it. Recommended for the food, but the air hockey table was distracting.”

One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.”

There are others that are also really nice - I just am bad with names.”

“We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.”

However, I could tell that part of my waffle fries were freshly cooked and some were cooked earlier. They were busy, but attentive. However, the usual smiling faces were more focused on the "hustle" rather than on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The usual positive "buzz" was missing, but I am sure that it will be there on my next visit. ??”

In a time where customer service is definitely in a decline, the customer service at BBQ Pit was absolutely top notch and the food was cooked to perfection! Can’t say enough positive things about our first(but not our last for sure)visit. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, and a bonus: you might even get a chance to meet Doc Holiday!”

“One of girls had to get a shot for poison ivy, so of course it was time to make her feel better with Starbucks! The baristas are fabulous at this location, take special requests and make the best Frappuccinos ? We ordered ahead on the app in the parkin lot, went inside and had our order within 2 minutes. They also have a very good selection of Starbucks tumblers and cups for a small store. Prices in this area are reasonable (three fraps under $20). Decent seating is available and will fit a family of four.

Parking: Store is located in the parking lot of other stores in a busy area, with about 10 spots

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access to the front door, but it will be tight inside with a ride on electric scooter (but doable)”

She was so attentive, anticipating our needs before I was able to ask. Originally from down south about 45 min south of NOLA, I've been eatin' seafood all my life, and lemme tell ya, this place knows what they're doin'. With so many great menu options I couldn't decide. So Tonya recommended the stuffed crab. It was the best I'd had in a while. I left feeling as stuffed as that crab! I was so impressed i called back later that evening to talk to Tonya about possibly hosting a luncheon. She was so helpful, offering all sorts of options. She was very informative and told me while they do host parties and reservations, they also do bulk order requests and off-site catering. Tonya is definitely a keeper, a definite asset to Catfish Cabin. I will definitely request her the next time we are there.”
