“Granny’s kitchen is amazing! SUCH REAL AND HOME COOKED MEALS. Perfect addition to the small town of Pearl River! Margret is a very sweet owner who cares about her food. With her special today we ate 2 huge fried chicken(breast and leg), Mac and cheese, potato salad, and a hamburger all for $26.00!!!!!! That is crazy awesome! Real AFFORDABLE food, couldn’t ask for anything better!“

“This was an awesome place to get some good food, and you need to try The Bushwacker drink. Portions are huge, and the service was great. The Tuesday special was spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were the size of small meatloafs. Thanks to Chris for taking good care of us.“

“Wow this place was great!! We were driving cross country on I10 and randomly took the exit nearby. A little search online lead us to T Leblanc's. We split the half Muffaletta and paired it with a cup of corn and crab chowder. Finished with their lemon merengue pie. Wow everything was fabulous. “This is a pretty cool layed back gem. Anna my server was chill talkative and a true delight to be around. I had an old fashion which was great the only down side was not using real maraschino cherries. The atmosphere is great beautifully designed with a grand alcohol collection. You can walk out to the deck and enjoy the Bayou and check out their live entertainment times. You can also use their boat dock if coming in on a canoe, kayak, or other boat. They have a rather busy pool table, so you may have to wait awhile for your turn, no worries, as there are plenty of new friends to be made and to talk to. We had a very enjoyable time! “After being assigned a rude waitress (didn’t catch her name) who was inattentive and went out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, we politely requested a different server. As we were being moved to a new section, the waitress looked over and snickered at us. We got a tall gentleman who was recently promoted which he obviously deserved. He made our experience amazing. We even shared my son’s birthday cake with him and left a generous tip. To the other server please work on your poor nasty attitude or find a different occupation. “Hand cut sirloin is phenomenal, it's on par with the filet, probably more flavorful. The steaks speak for themselves and it's not like other steakhouses that hide the flaws in the meet with tons of seasoning. Great Service, ask for Garrett, his quiet but focused on getting your order right and keeps you happy.Vegetarian options: It's a steakhouse not a lawn. There's some vegetables as sides, if your that concern about vegetables, you missed the point but the vegetables are delicious and well seasoned.Kid-friendliness: I end up eating my kids chicken tenders from time to time, they're delicious. “We went through the drive thru. We had never ate here before and through the dt the ladies on duty answered our questions quickly and correctly. “Took my love out to eat on our day off. We always get the crawfish pepper jack bisque for an appetizer ,she got the hamburger steak cooked medium well, and I got the jazzy barbecue chicken club dressed and added sautéed onions and mushrooms to it as well. The food was spectacular as was the service. Had a train go by at about 70 mph while we were there heading south, the noise was exhilarating and the whole place shook! LOVED IT! “Have been wanting to try this place ever since I moved to Slidell a few years ago. Recently I passed and saw a “Steak Night Thursday” banner up and thought, this is my chance! Who doesn’t like a good steak? I had not realized that KY was Kevin Young of Young’s Steakhouse. My bad. He introduced himself as “the good looking brother” and won my heart immediately with his warmth and good nature. But then came the STEAK and Oh. My. Lord. The photos cannot do it Justice. A 14 Oz trimmed, perfectly cooked rib eye with fully loaded baked potato and salad. $35. And the BEST steak I’ve had since I don’t know when. Highly recommend this Slidell institution for its rich history, fabulous location in OldeTowne, charming owner and on-point food, cooked to perfection.“

“This is my favorite location! The food is always cooked perfect, thanks to the rockstar cook. I always go to my sausage hashbrown bowl and add their Waffle House Sauce (chipotle flavored mayo). My server, Alise?? (younger Burnette girl with glasses) is the only one that gives me an actual coffee lid with my large coffee to go. She is amazing at her job and is professionally friendly.“

The young kids don't care (who did at that age lol) the older guy with the black hair makes me laugh every time I go in. The donuts are great and they have a great selection. For those who aren't familiar, Coté is the restaurant side and Maple Room is the bar side. They share some menu items but I believe they also have their own set menu. Always delish either way!•The eggs on top of each dish wee so creamy and fluffy. The corned beef was perfectly cooked. The fried under the corned beef were the same as the fries from their normal menus, which we love. Jeremy and the crew do a fine job every day and I highly recommend checking out this gem in OTS!“

“We had a great Easter Brunch with our family after church. The service was exceptional and all of the food was fantastic as usual. Our waitress was wonderful. How she kept up with our complicated order plus extras was amazing. Five of us ate for under $55 excluding the tip. Of course we left a nice tip commensurate with our enjoyment and the holiday. “Home style cafe vibes Menu was vast from salads to seafood. I chose the Catfish and Shrimp plate. Filet was a very big portion and the shrimp were definitely jumbo I got side of veggies and this was not what I expected. Chargrilled and full of flavors! As for the Mac-n-Cheese, get it if you love cheese. I do and I will say it's worth it. I'm almost positive there were 42 1/2 layers of cheese and noodle. Delish! My only knock, tarter did not taste homemade and I'm a stickler for dips/dressing being bought. Mainly because I know how simple it is to just make them. It could be homemade but I didn't get that. Otherwise, the cocktail sauce tasted homemade. Different vibe than usual. More of a chunky salsa consistency with some heat. Wasn't mad about it. Overall would I go back. Yes. Would I get the same dish, heck yes. I want to try a salad next. The staff said they are really good. Better be NOT store bought dressing though“
