“The best authentic Italian food in the Baton Rouge/Ascension parish area!!! Every time I come here the food is phenomenal. I always have to get the Fried Ravioli, because it is just that good. I always get served by Vivian when I come in and she is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, handles everything regarding front of house so effortlessly. When I came in tonight she was so busy, yet she took care of everything/everyone so well, I truly admired her work ethic. She’s so easygoing and a joy to be served by. I always enjoy my experience here and I can’t wait to come back again!!!“

Also, something rare happens here....they actually add the extra oero to your ice cream when you ask for extra! My blast was full all the way throughout both times. Today, they even added an easter egg to the bag with stickers inside, my son enjoyed that :) I thought that was super thoughtful of them. Very happy with this location!“

“Fantastic Turnaround – Excellent Catered Dinner After an off experience on Valentine’s Day… I don’t usually write follow-up reviews, but after an off experience (missing items, quality issues, etc.) on Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the follow-up. Kerry Kelley reached out, listened to our feedback, and kindly catered our dinner last night. Everything was spot-on and absolutely delicious—the food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Highlights included perfectly prepared steak and seafood dishes that reminded us why we’ve loved Mike Anderson’s for years. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and well-packaged, and the overall experience turned our view around completely. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously and go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you to both the Gonzales Prairieville teams for the great recovery—we’re excited to order again and will definitely be back for dine-in soon. “We absolutely loved this place! This is our favorite place we have tried in Baton Rouge! Every thing we tried had a unique flavor combination! The Oysters were BURNT...all small FOUR of them...so crunchy a guest said the could have broken their teeth?!? I ordered the Shrimp PoBoy and only got a HALF! They said they would refund me, well DoorDash did...not sure why they did and not Jasmines. , waiting on an answer from them BURNT FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE...there was no way they didn't know...really!!?? Especially if it can harm someone? What else was there was good, but it was disappointing it wasn't right, again! Oh, a good thing, the Shrimp and Corn soup had shrimp in it this time, just too creamy for my taste. Not used to cream in it. Another bad thing is Jasmines doesn't have an email to respond before posting a review. Enjoy the pics.“

“The food was amazing. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu which included the French onion soup, fried oyster salad and for entrees we ate the New Orleans Crab Cake Benedict and Short Rib Benedict. The manger was so gracious as to give me a small bottle of champagne to take home since all the desserts were made with chocolate and I am allergic. We will definitely be back for the dinner menu. Fantastic table side service, beautiful ambiance and excellent master chef food.“

“Everything is good, only in the quesadillas I recommend them with more vegetables, they add very little and they rarely serve the cream that is past its time, but it is a good place, excellent flavor and the advantage is that they speak Spanish and English.“

I decided to order for delivery of two pizzas this evening and it was the quickest I’ve ever had a pizza delivered, ever. It was also freshly warm on delivery. This Papa John’s location has it figured out! Well done 💯“

“I went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.“

This has quickly become my favorite place.“
