“This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant for take out in the greater New Orleans area. It is a family run restaurant and my orders are always perfect. Great food, well priced, friendly service, and good quality and quantity. I live in the CBD but always come here for my Chinese takeout. I highly recommend the chicken and broccoli with shrimp fried rice and the crab rangoon.“

“I’m a regular PF Chang customer. I travel from the westbank of Greater New Orleans to the east bank to dine at PF Changs. Well, today’s visit did start off going good. My server was overwhelmed and lacking in service. Before I could really lose my composure, Tanya (manager) appeared from nowhere. She could see that I was not happy. She was so understanding about my complaints and sis not hesitate in extending her apologies. She did not make any excuses. She just assured me that she would personally make sure that my problem would be resolved. She served with a smile and did not make me feel like I was just another nagging customer. She made me feel like, me being happy with my service and food was her ultimate goal. It turned out to be one of my best experiences at P F Chang. It’s always great to know that a restaurant has a real manager!!! Kudos also to Jordan. He is so humble and attentive. “Not to give away any secrets, but this has to be the best Chinese place in the city for take out. Big portions. Real sauces, not just variations of the sweet red sauce (they have that too). I ordered a snack from here many years ago and was so shocked at the amount of meat in my fried wontons and the quality of the portions...I thought it was a fluke. Nope. I just got food from here last week and it was exactly the same! I've only had this quality one other time in my life from a Chinese place, and it was a sit down/dine in restaurant.
This place is super tiny, but the lady at the counter is on top of things and very nice. You will be just as shocked as I was that such good food came out of this tiny spot in a sketchy area.

We had the General Tso’s and sesame chicken, and the chicken was meaty, not fatty at all. The shrimp fried rice was loaded and really good. The egg rolls were big, stuffed, and not greasy. The chow chow didn’t have chopped seasoning in it, but the meat was seasoned well so I didn’t mind. We’ll for sure be back!“

The wings were perfectly crispy and crunchy and seasoned all the way through. The rice was rich and fluffy. I payed under $10 for my meal, and couldn’t eat the whole thing in one sitting. We picked up our order gave them a 50 dollar bill to include a tip and we did not receive the fried dumplings. The rest of the food was good and made to order, but don’t say you’re going to get an order of fried dumplings for free with orders of 35.00 or more if they aren’t going to honor that. When I called to mention this the person I spoke to was a little combative about it saying if it’s not on the ticket they won’t make it. Then you need to fix the problem bruh.“

“Order here before anywhere else on the West Bank. We ordered pickup and everything we tried was amazing. We got the general tso, which was perfectly spiced and tasty. Fried rice was good. Orange chicken w/veggies was great. Not super crispy as it came in Styrofoam, but still excellent tasting and breading stayed on the chicken. It also came with an eggroll thay was very tasty/crispy. Crab Rangoons were perfect. On a whim we also got bbq chicken wings and fries. The fries were a little soggy bc of the styrofoam packaging but that was to be expected. The wings however... omg so good! Still crispy and flavor was on point. Great bbq sauce, nothing like your standard store bought flavor. Good prices, HUGE portions.
