“This restaurant is a must stop EVERY time I’m in town visiting family. My Lawd I always get the shrimp sandwich on bun but I got the hot sausage patties po-boy as well this time. Also grabbed a pound of shrimp and a pound of crawfish. I know I was being big eyed because I was hungry but I didn’t regret it because everything was good, per usual. My mom tasted the crawfish and looovvveeed the favor. I got the regular spice level and she said it was just right, not too spicy. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.“

“I took my Wife, Mom and Dad here for a tour and tasting. Everything we tried was good and some were excellent. However, the experience with Sam is was what made it all great. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were in the backyard drinking with friends. We are local and like to day trip in state. I highly recommend giving this place a try and seeing why it is a hidden gem.“

“Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress barely stopped by to check on us. The food was fantastic. The charbroiled oysters were plump and meaty. The gumbo and coleslaw were both very flavorful. And the fried fish dinner was also fantastic. Is the service was anywhere near the quality of the food I would recommend 100%.“

Went with the grits bowl and it was the BEST grits I've ever had, complete with sauteed veggies, fried eggs, and crispy bacon. Also, the fresh juice was delicious. We did 2 flights and were able to sample each beer that was offered. Ended up having a nice wine glass of the barrel aged blueberry sour and a pint of the WC Pale Ale. Great atmosphere. Shared some Mardi Gras familiarities with some locals, grabbed some stickers and were on our way. Great beer and laid back atmosphere! Highly recommend!“

“Best brewery I have ever been to with some of the best beers I've ever consumed. The Rubus Cubed was the best sour that has ever passed my lips. This place really ruined other breweries for me. Constant fun free events, great beer, excellent food pop-ups, beautiful patio of tropical plants and disco balls, and even a Nintendo 64 set up with mario kart. Glorious. The owners are lovely people, too“

“I’ve been to Barracuda on Tchoup before a few years back and I wasn’t impressed at all. But this time around in Algiers the food is incredible so good I had to comeback within 2 days. The Broccoli taco is superb, it’s juicy, well seasoned, and vegetarian friendly. Definitely something for everyone!“
