6 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Chicopee

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“This was me and hubby first time was heading to Yankee candle and saw 99 first we were greeted with a smile and hostess had great attitude! Are waitress name was ema omg she was fabulous! Very professional and positive attitude she made sure everything was good with are food she even apologized for it was taken longer and always updated us! Easy to talk to food toke a bit but the manager Matt delivered are food hot and apologized for the wait and gave us a discount Matt was very professional and was helping out the waiter and waitress with bringing out meals and drinks that team work right there! He is a true manager! I hope these two people I mention get the credit they deserve staff like that is what keeps a business in business you guys see you soon!“

“Giving this place 4 stars because generally I've had a good experience ordering food from here. The food is always hot/tastes good. I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.“

“I've been functionally homeless since March and have been staying at the cheap motel in the back and while I've been here the staff have not only been professionals but have been extremely welcoming to a point where I have felt like a member of the community on their merit alone and I couldn't be more thankful their hospitality even has me on the verge of tears as their management even went out and helped me feel better on my birthday a gesture they didn't have to do...
