Service is always friendly and they are always busy doing something, and how can anyone be upset when you walk in and smell freshly baking cookies? The only downfall is that some cookies do sell out fast, so get there early if you have your eye on something popular.“

“I wanted some dumplings this late in the evening and I can't complain. It was delicious, you can't beat the price for the portion and amount you receive. I'd have to say for a late night eatery I'd come here again. I had the shumai (Cantonese style) and it was good. Also, I've ordered the beef braised noodles I'd say it's average but what can I say. Portions and taste was solid. I'd recommend it for late eateries for dumplings I haven't tried much of the other options but first time here. I had a good experience!“

“This is the best GF pizza I have had in YEARS! Not sure what crust they use but it was sooooo good. I had the Margherita pizza. Highly recommend and only wish we lived closer!“

“The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. The housekeeper was very helpful. Front desk always willing to answer questions, even the silliest of questions. The one lost star is the furniture had visible rips not mended, the comforter insert was just covered with a sheet, easily fixed chipped counter laminate left unfixed, other minor equipment needed fixes left undone and only the ice machine on first floor working. Sad could easily make these fixes and the place would be fabulous.“

“We had a very delicious dinner here when we were visiting and staying in Salem. The atmosphere was great and I have to give a big shout out to our waitress Rachel, who was a total sweetheart and very accommodating, as well as Tori, who took over as our waitress when Rachel's shift was over. The staff are so polite, ordering is easy, and best of all, the ice cream is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect place to come on a hot summer’s day to walk around the farm, enjoying a tasty cone. “visited the Salem Willows location for the first time the other night, as a person with allergies I was thrilled to be able to enjoy the Vegan cookies and creme with GF Oreos 😍 delicious! And the staff was amazing, TJ answered all my allergy questions with a smile, really helpful, and Olivia gave us gorgeous cups of ice cream that were perfectly scooped, not always the case when you get ice cream on a hot day, so thank you to you both 🥰❤️“

“Stopped in this past Saturday, on a trip up from Florida. Watched the dog training class for a bit and their welcome inside, and sampled a couple of the "offerings". Great brews! As a former home brewer, brought back a couple memories (Porter and IPA). And the bartender was GREAT!! 🙂“

We hired an outside local caterer (oh Jolie), and the 2 collaborated seamlessly. Outside patio adds so much space to your event. The guests enjoyed the beer and seltzer selections, and they had non alcoholic drinks as well. Shout out to the amazing AMY who helped from start to finish.“

I tried the Willy wonka experience and it was so good I wouldn’t even share it with Sydney Sweeney. Ended up catching a word with the owner and he told me he gets everything local and uses only the freshest ingredient's. He told me his favorite is Hog Island and Tree Sap which I will try when I go back. Overall 5 Big BOOMS and would recommend to everyone.“

“We had Mr.Petisco deliver food for a baby shower. Mom to be is Brazilian so we wanted to bring a little bit of her home to the party. I had absolutely no idea what to order or how much. We had about 25 people and Lais recommended an incredibly delicious variety of snacks and sweets. They were such a hit we barely had any food left over. The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful and respond to any inquiry quickly. I would like to say Thank you so much for all of your suggestions and delivery which was a huge help! “Spent the day in Salem and just wanted to pop in somewhere for a quick drink. Robbie was immediately welcoming and made us feel like regulars. I really wish I lived closer because I definitely would be. The selection was vast without being too much. He suggested this offer they had with four glasses of 4 oz pours so we could try multiple. It was perfect! I highly recommend the slushies!!!! There's seating inside and bar seating in an open garage type setting, the breeze felt great. There's also a very roomy outdoor seating area with umbrellas. With it being a five minute ride from downtown Salem, amazing staff, great pricing, and perfect atmosphere it is now a must go every time I'll be in the area. I just wish I didn't have to drive home so I could've stayed longer and tried the other slushies flavor. Aside from the slushies 1626 was my favorite.“
