“This is a great place to grab a drink and listen to live music. Not a place I would grab food again. I’ve given it a couple of tries and the food both times has taken a long time to come out. First time we had a large group (place was empty) but we decided to give it another try recently. We didn’t have elaborate meals - 3 meals for takeout. Salad, chicken and chips, and grilled tenders and cucumber salad. My allergy free salad had a crouton in it the first time I ate there and the chicken has dark black grill marks. The second time I ordered it with the house dressing and beef tips - it was told to me it was gluten and dairy free. Once I got the salad home, I realized they had packed blue cheese instead. The beef tips on it were terrible as well. The manager/owner comes out to discuss allergens but it doesn’t appear that anyone checks the orders like at other restaurants I have been to. I’m aware it’s always a risk going out but that shows they didn’t put attention to my gluten allergy free order either time. The cucumber salad was soggy and disgusting, not prepared that day. It’s an awesome place to check out for a drink and music but the food (at least options we selected) were not great regardless of the allergy vs non allergy items. Definitely check out for a drink and the music, great atmosphere for that.“

“Not only do I recommend The Sail Loft but I had the very nicest Valentine dinner EVER. The rooms are charming and cozy, our server Melissa was knowledgeable, intelligent, articulate and perceptive (she brought me into the kitchen to meet and offer my undying devotion to the Chef and his Valentine cheesecake!). Each time we dine here we love the staff, the food, the ambiance, the Bellini that the bartender made specially for me. This is most definitely the “It” place. Thanks for a lovely evening! “I would highly recommend Little Moss. Creative menu. Very comfortable dining experience. Terrific service. Food was delicious. Soft shell crab and Foaccia bread and ricotta for apps were a great way to start off the night. It only got better from there.“

“Went there at night and had a blast. It got pretty crowded as the night went on so be prepared to not have much personal space but great hip hop and R&B music and atmosphere. The drinks are a little pricey but are big and strong. Will be going again with friends!“

“Went with a large group yesterday for their St. Patrick’s Day specials. Food was delicious! I had the lamb stew and it was fantastic! The lamb was so tender and the gravy was rich and flavorful! Also tried the corned beef nachos which the corned beef was so good! Everyone enjoyed their meals. Def recommend!“

“My adult daughters and I stayed down the street for a week so were able to visit The back eddy a couple of times. The food and service were great. The second time I really wanted a lobster so spent the $45!! However, for that price I’m surprised they can’t throw in fries and coleslaw!!! Ridiculous“

“Just had the Monday Omakase and it was fantastic. So many different cuts of tuna not even sure what was the best. So stuffed by the end of the meal I couldn’t even have dessert. Also, a really fun atmosphere and a real learning experience.“

“I got fish and chips, and the fish was delicious, and cooked perfectly. The fries weren't salted, which I'm not a huge fan of personally...

My only complaint (and it's more of a preference) is that they put sweet relish in their tarter sauce. I'm a firm believer in dill relish only for tarter sauce!“

“Excellent food and service everytime i go in. Seafood was fresh and prices are good. Love this place one of my favorites in the area.

Vegetarian options: They have salads, eggplant and i think that one of there chefs is even vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: I had an allergy in my table with nuts, they took care of that without any issues

Parking: Lots of parking, a whole lot

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Clean and colorful. Always see kids here having a great time. Highchairs, crayons etc etc

“This is the seafood joint we were looking for!! Fresh fried seafood that comes out hot! Big servings for a honest price. The staff was nice and the seating was cute and decorated so fun! Has restrooms. The platter with clam strips was perfect to share. Fried scallops were amazing! Cold lobster roll was a surprise, wish it was hot but was still good! Only thing we didn’t really like was the chowder.“

“Oh my goodness, we had the BEST experience at this restaurant. The restaurant has a comfortable, family like feel. You can tell most of the people are regulars. The food was excellent seafood, fresh and well prepared. Each dish our large group got was thoroughly enjoyed. But, the BEST part of the experience was our waitress, Joyelle. She was the only waitress in the room, which she took control of with ease, and she was so funny. My dad's a jokester, and she gave it right back. We had a lot of fun and we laughed and laughed. She took great care of us. So, couple divine food with an amazing personality taking care of us - you get perfection.“
