“First, my apologies for not posting this sooner.

We had a Day-After brunch last month following our Class of 75 reunion the previous evening. I had reserved space for twenty, but only half of us were able to attend.The outdoor seating was perfect as was the weather. The service and food were excellent (I have been going about avocado toast all wrong...that was wonderful).

Anyway, my classmates and I enjoyed our time together there. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Lauren, our server, was particularly pleasant. We shared some lighthearted conversation, and our food was served promptly. “Not normally a solo eater, I stopped by the Club Car Cafe in W. Concord, yesterday, and had the most delicious lunch. I ordered the veal parmigiana sandwich which came with fries and, on a 90+ degree day the iced tea I ordered really hit the spot. The veal parmigiana was as good I’ve had at many Italian restaurants. The portion was generous and the price value relationship was excellent. Club Car Cafe has an extensive breakfast menu which is served until 10:45. I had originally planned to go for breakfast but didn’t make it in time. Next time, I will start out earlier. I did pick up a blueberry scone and blueberry muffin, on the way out, and we enjoyed them for breakfast today. Club Car Cafe is a family run restaurant and Bianca and Ron made me feel so welcome. If you’re in the West Concord area, I would definitely recommend having breakfast or lunch at the Club Car Cafe. If you have a little train lover, he/she will enjoy seeing the real trains going by as well as the toy train set , high up on the wall, traveling round and round the restaurant. The menu is extensive and I am fairly certain the Club Car Cafe has a Childrens menu. Handicapped access is something I always look for. There is a ramp on one side of the building!“

“Great Beer, Great Food and most importantly, GREAT STAFF! The front of the house staff has been there forever, and from a customer point of view, that means the staff gets treated well! Live Music on Fridays and Saturdays ! Don’t pay attention to the review from Patricia, live music is fun! Not annoying..it’s a pub after all

One of the first restaurants in Hudson and is still in business after 45 years which is incredible these days! Bar staff is great! Always treat us well when we come in :)

But for anyone unfamiliar, think of it as a Chili’s with a bit more dining space beyond the bar or an Outback without the grilled steaks.

I was curious about what sets 99 apart from similar chains like Applebee’s, and the answer I got was simple: “They think they’re better and charge more.” While neither is glaringly obvious, the menu does offer a few standout dishes, like the Shepherd’s Pie - a refreshing option compared to the usual burgers and fried food lineup.

Next time, I’ll try sitting at the bar - it looks like the kind of spot where this place really shines. For a casual, satisfying meal, 99 in Hudson is worth a visit.“
