“An absolute hidden local gem of a place. Had a craving for a good soup and sandwich and was so torn on the choices as they all sounded amazing. Went with the cheeseburger chowder and broccoli cheese two top sellers (and can see why). Both were out of this world with flavor! The BLT was the cherry on top! “Cashed and line cooks were very welcoming, I come here all the time and my grinders are always perfect, employees all look happy. Tables are always clean, bathrooms as well. Service is fast. My favorite locationKid-friendliness: Cashier was very patient with my 6 year old son. We are working on his social skills and the Cashier and the line cook listened carefully to every detail. “Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“
“Fantastic shop serving high-quality food with a friendly vibe. It was hard to choose from the sandwich options. I had The Devil Made Me Do It (egg salad with bacon and pickles) because it's something I wouldn't make for myself at home. It was delicious! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich and he loved it. We also shared the caramel bread pudding. We will definitely be back again. I can't wait to try the other options.“

“I come to this location on a semi regular basis. The service is always excellent. The Sandwiches are always fresh and consistently good. The General Manager Rick made my Cheeseburger grinder today and it was fantastic. Rick runs a good store and it shows. The store is clean and well stocked. It's the best D'Angelos I have been too. Whenever I want a grinder I'm coming here.“

“Love Jersey Mike's subs -- wanted to try out the Longmeadow location (since the Enfield CT location is horrendous, as of this writing). Longmeadow did not disappoint. Ordered two reg subs to go -- turkey club #8 and original Italian #13. Meats, toppings and bread were fresh, prepared efficiently, with friendly customer service. Well run establishment. Went between 2 and 3 pm on 2/20/24 - about 8 people in queue, but it moved quickly. Will be back.“
“The customer service is exceptional at Hot Table! I forgot to use my app for points recently and their assistant manager Sarah found my order the next day and made sure I got those points. All the workers are very friendly and attentive whenever I get food at Hot Table. I recommend Hot Table to all my friends and have gone there more than any other restaurant in the past year.“
“This is one of my absolute favorite places for lunch. I love their chicken salad and my most favorite is their chocolate cake. I have been trying to be good and not spend money but I tell you it's hard when you really want to slice of cake. I would definitely recommend. The sandwiches are fresh. The workers are very friendly. It is just an amazing comfortable place to go to for lunch. I have never dined in I've always gotten my lunch to go looking forward to a dining one day.“
“I always go to this subway since it's closest to my house and the service is always good, the place is always clean and my sandwiches is always bomb!!! However the management team needs SERIOUS training! They are unprofessional, unorganized, inconsistent and it honestly sucks because alot of their employees have left because of this!! “As a member of a college team, I have so many stories of places having a hard time keeping organized and forgetting orders. This Subway was the best exception yet. We placed the order with the store, and when we got there, they already had bags with our sandwiches and chips ready to go. Each bag had our names, it made the distribution on the bus so easy. The woman there was so nice and made sure we knew that each bag fulfilled each order. 10/10, so organized and prepared!!“
“Great place. Evelyn was super helpful. There was a difficult customer making ridiculous requests, however Evelyn expertly moved every tomato slice in the spot the customer wanted lol. In all seriousness however, she defused the situation in a professional and friendly manner. Quite impressive. My grinders were made quickly and efficiently with friendly and respectful banter. It's not often that a memorable interaction happens at subway but Evelyn went above and beyond. If management doesn't give Evelyn a significant raise by the next time I stop by, I am willing to double her salary...Parking: Super easy parking“
