“There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“

“MOTW has the best chai in the city. I love the soft, creamy, silky texture of their Yemeni chai. I love the way they decorated the 38th st location, very inclusive and powerful pictures. Great spot to get some work or reading done. Also love their prayer or meditation area. It’s such a wonderful coffee shop. Usually Raadia is there when we go and she’s such a kind and friendly soul, always so helpful and customer focused.“

We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

Impeccably clean. I mean the hand crank meat slicer blade literally was a mirror. You can tell this couple really takes pride in their food, and food safety of their clients.

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“I went for the first time, even though I didn’t care for what I ordered, I will go back again! ( I tried something new) The two people working were very friendly. They made every effort when I told them I didn’t care for my meal. I ended up with bagel and cream cheese that was really. My friend had a blt, she loved it. It’s comfy and nicely decorated.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! “I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).“

“Really delicious Chicken Pho! Fresh summer rolls also very good. The Pho was just the thing needed for this cold bug. Will definitely be back to try more from the menu. Efficient online order, fast and friendly pickup.“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

The staff are always nice and funny, there have been times where my drink is wrong, my food is burnt or the wait times are slow. All of these things typically happen when they are getting slammed with customers. I do not blame them, and everytime i return and request a remake, the staff do it with no questions asked and they never charge me. The food and coffee here is just like any other dunkins in the area, absolute 5 stars.“
