Food has always been very good and I have even gone for take out and the food is still hot when I get home. Depends on the chinese food you like and this place hits the spot for us!“

“I think people that are complaining here are overly privileged and don't appreciate the little things let me tell you why. I'm not saying there feelings don't matter but I am struggling in this state, and can't cook at the moment so to get some "nutrients I ordered a pizza from here that would have garlic, parsley etc and I instantly felt better! The pizzas were so good. As someone who lost a lot of family, I'm not going to bicker about pizza. I thought it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the medium size and it had lots of cheese. “Well, this is one of those experiences where you realize “oh, every other time I’ve had this food it was done improperly” because wow. I thought I knew tonkotsu ramen, but I didn’t.

I didn’t realize that the collagen and bone broth when boiled over long periods actually creates a creamy white color underneath the fatty delicious umami goodness of the broth. It was just as beautiful to look at and experience as it was to eat. Just blown away by how close to perfection that meal was (and maybe it was perfection, I can’t think of a complaint!).

Not only did the wait staff cater to my request (I don’t like mushrooms) and were attentive and offered to warm up my sake on top of everything, but the food was really transcendent. This might be one of the best meals I’ve had out in years.

Don’t waste your time with other places. If you thought ramen was just good or generally meh, try this place. They will show you how it should be done.

“5 stars but they dont have ANY WAY to order a combination of sushi rolls unless you order from the lunch menu during the 4 hours a day that its available. Like, come on guys just take the Lunch Menu version and add $2 to it like every other place does, im sick of walking to Mandarin it's like a whole half street farther away lol“

“Been coming here since 2009. Nothing but spectacular experience. The GM Kevin is very hospitable and makes sure you are taken care of. The menu is spectacular and the new items are some of my favorite. I will say tho I do miss the tuna tataki but they accommodate every time.“

“Pho 1 has changed a lot and I’ve been going there for years. Last night I ordered the beef soup for take out and when I got home and opened it the meat was like shredded and not the same consistency that had been in the past. These are hard times for all of us and giving customers scraps is no acceptable. I will go again later in the year and see if they have improved.“
