“This place is fantastic. I don't know why it has 4.8 stars, instead of 5.
Super cozy and super cute atmosphere. Very warm and inviting. And the customer service is top notch.
It's also conveniently located in proximity to pretty much everything on Boston Rd.
It takes less time to stop here and grab yourself coffee than it does waiting in dunks drive thru across the street, and the food is far better.
Maybe America doesn't run on Dunkin. Maybe it runs on Pan'e Dolcetti. 😁“

“Lunch alone 1200 on a Sunday .. fixed Italian menu 🤓a no brainer , relaxing atmosphere, old wooden bar 6 chairs only 🙏, 2 welcoming staff.. it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since the North End Boston 2000…A true gem , make reservations , or stop in at noon 🙌❤️ 5 stars ⭐️“

“I go to the same Dunkin donuts everyday n the staff there is very friendly,polite, they listen well to the customers . No problems there . Excellent place to go first thing in the morning to get ur first cup of coffee!
Kid-friendliness: The staff is very nice to the children. N sometimes plays with 5hem n always makes the children laugh n make them go from upset/sad to very happy n ?“

“Staff is always very nice and friendly. They have never messed up my drink which I greatly appreciate (although we are all human, they never drop the ball on my order!) I always order ahead on the app and my drink is always prepared and ready.“
“Friendly, helpful staff. Great vibe. Calm, peaceful atmosphere for getting work done, a quick lunch with friends or a coffee date.
They have great hours and are open into the evening. Their options change frequently so it's worth stopping in to see what's new. Today I tried the new Carmel protein latte and it was fantastic. This years teacher gifts came with a Starbucks gift card because every teacher deserves a delicious cup of coffee, a refresher, tea or a bakery item.“

“I order the same drink at every Dunkin I go to and this is the only one that ever gets it just right, very consistently. I get a large ice blended coffee and at other Dunkins, and somehow the coffee and other flavorings melt before the ice does, but one made here leaves flavor all the way through. I thought the flavorless end to the drink was just how they were supposed to be before I got one here. Thank you to the Belchertown Dunkin team.“
“This is about this particular Starbucks coming to the rescue for my doggy Monty who LOVES his visits to SB! Read on! ********* DD vs SB WARS!!! OK Dunkin' Donuts people, give me what you got! I pull into DD in Utica and get DENIED for a "whip" for Monty (Puppuccino). I offer to pay for it. NOPE. I offer to PAY full price for a cappuccino, just give me some whip. NOPE. I get this answer, "we don't do that here!!" I asked if they have whipped cream. Yes. Then let me BUY some! NOPE!! You mean, I can't PAY you $4 for some whipped cream....that you just told me you have??? You made (my dog) Monty SAD!!!!! So ..THIS nice couple you can't see in the video told me a similar #DD story. “I went there twice today.One through the drive through an ordered on my app and it was ready when I got to the window which was good.The second time I went there.I went to get a gift card.There were none out, and they had to get some out from under-the-counter, which was probably only 15.And he said , that's all they had , luckily , I got one“
