“Great little local spot. We've been wanting to try Mahoneys on main for a while now. We are take out people but finally had the chance to "dine in"
Hubby got ck parm sub and I got the reuben. We split them. Best reuben I've ever had and I've explored reubens everywhere. I got mine with mashed potatoes that were.....eh! Hubby's ck parm was good but those fries....omg delicious, salty and crispy. I wish they did take out because we'd order dinner here all the time. We will def be back some time.“

“I like The Bog Tavern and meet friends there, often for lunch. Like today~for my birthday! I should have gone with my gut and ordered my usual fried chicken sandwich instead of the Lobster Roll, which was a ($38.00) Lunch Special. I was speechless when our server(amazing Jordan) brought it out. It was a mealy, measly serving of lobster meat on a limp roll, with no lettuce to hold it together. And it tasted bland. Bog: Summer is almost here~ you need do to a MUCH better job with the classic Cape Cod Lobster Roll ~or take it off the menu!“

Many trips with ed jr down the cape and he has always had a passion for cooking and we had many conversations about it on our trips back n forth from the cape! I had lost touch for awhile and had heard ed jr had his own restaurant now and we had recently gone down the cape to visit my girlfriends dad at the military cemetery and we made sure we stopped in to check it out and im not surprised that his presentation and food is so good! Our server quickly attended to us, delivering refreshing waters and delightful traditional mules. The highlight was the special pomegranate margarita with reposado and pomegranate simple syrup – truly amazing. For starters, we indulged in fried pork ribs, a Caesar salad with exceptional homemade croutons that had a cheese filling and focaccia with garlic Parmesan oil dip. The generous slices of focaccia were a personal favorite and very easy to pull apart. Moving on to the main course, we savored Chicken Parm, TAGLIATELLE bolognese, the house special surf & turf with scallops, and the WOOD GRILLED NY STRIP OR 6 OZ. FILET MIGNON with smashed fingerlings, roasted onion, shishito peppers, horseradish crema, and chimichurri. The in-house-made pasta added a delightful touch, and the rave reviews for the special surf and turf almost led to a second helping. Unable to resist, we took home pizzas – margarita, three cheese pepperoni, and sausage ricotta. For dessert, we all enjoyed a pistachio toffee cake in a mason jar with pistachio gelato and dulce de leche sauce. The entire meal was a delight, and our server's kindness and excellent recommendations enhanced the experience. We're eagerly looking forward to returning, perhaps opting for seats at the bar next time. The restaurant's charming decor, candlelit ambiance, and consistently busy atmosphere make it a highly recommended dining spot.“

“they're horrible at taking orders , in the past 5 months not sure if new owner new cooks, or just the lack of training but the food it trash ! I used to love this place but either they mess up on the pizza it's cardboard box nasty flat and the subs are so filled with meat ( turkey) it's falling out the sides breaking the whole roll itself barely any lettuce or pickles! last time I got a turkey sub the bread was hard as a rock and it had barley any turkey meat , what is going on with this place !?! they're rude when you order and it's a pickup waste of my gas for sure and money I won't be ordering again this place went room 5 star to zero lost a great customer get your crap together honestly why are you packing rhe sub with one much meat for it to just fall out that's such a lack of effort horrible service and they don't ever take accountability EVER!!“

“My daughter loves the gold fever wings so I decided to bring her to 99 in wareham, it’s the only 99 we go to. We had another great experience! The staff is by far the best around, definitely the A team on today. We walked in and right away Nancy greeted us and sat us down right away, she came back a few times to check in on us as she was constantly moving, running food, hosting, seating, and helping out wherever she could. I’m pretty sure she’s the manager, if not should be. Great work ethic and outgoing personality. Our waitress Lynn who is also a bartender was fantastic! Polite, professional, and great personality, exactly the experience your looking for when your spending money to dine out. She was basically doing 2 jobs and must have checked on us 4-5 times, she was outstanding. There was another woman who brought our food, she was amazing, even my daughter commented how nice she was when she walked away. I usually don’t write reviews but when I left the restaurant I was even saying to myself what great dinner experience I just had and wanted to put it out there.
