“I haven't had Chick-fil-A since I worked here many, many, years ago. I have craved it ever since. Everywhere I live, there is never a Chick-fil-A nearby, but my new job requires me to commute further than I normally would and this Chick-fil-A is close to where I work, which gave me an excuse to try it again. They have changed a lot (in a positive way) since my last time visiting. There was not a line when I pulled up. I was welcomed, my order was taken accurately by a friendly employee, and I did not feel rushed. My food was ready in no time and everything including the fries were hot! Highly recommend and will definitely return.“

“I order pickle hause deli frequently & every single time the quality is amazing. Salads are nice & fresh, chicken salad is DELICIOUS i almost always have to get a pound of it. And i’ve never had any issues. I typically order through door dash & have never had an issue when customizing my order, and it always arrives exactly the way it should. I’ve seen some reviews say they didn’t receive order correctly and things of that nature, but maybe if you like your order so custom, call ! “Food is hot and tasty, but portion size has decreased. Chicken strips are about a quarter the size they were since the first Chic-fil-A opened in this area. Recently the size of the cheese sauce has been reduced as well. Disappointing.

07/01/20 WOW...pardon the pun but they have beefed up the drive-thru service ! Organized and accurate.
08/28/24 Got the pimento sandwich (really good last season) but it was not the same as last time. Smaller, very little sauce or cheese. Disappointed. Will try it at another location.“

“The only thing wrong is they need a new clock . The one they have in the store is broken, I think. After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. I feel that when you prepay, a business should recognize that you are a good customer, and, at least have the order ready.“

Locals (and yes, I’m using the word just to mirror how Americans affectionately refer to the rest of the world’s population in their native places) probably don’t need an introduction to this chain. But for anyone unfamiliar, think of it as a Chili’s with a bit more dining space beyond the bar or an Outback without the grilled steaks.

The food is solid, with comforting options that cater to hearty appetites. I was curious about what sets 99 apart from similar chains like Applebee’s, and the answer I got was simple: “They think they’re better and charge more.” While neither is glaringly obvious, the menu does offer a few standout dishes, like the Shepherd’s Pie - a refreshing option compared to the usual burgers and fried food lineup.

Next time, I’ll try sitting at the bar - it looks like the kind of spot where this place really shines. For a casual, satisfying meal, 99 in Hudson is worth a visit.“

The staff was quick, the managers were checking in with all tables multiple times throughout the meal, and everything was cooked well. “I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“

“Paisanos Pizza and Spirits is a gem! The pizza is mouthwatering, and the drinks are top-notch. The cozy ambiance makes it a perfect spot to unwind with friends. You'll love the friendly staff too especially Antonio, their leading sandwich engineer, who served me the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had. Truly a magnificent morsel made by the leading architect in sandwich engineering. Overall, it's a must-visit place for a fantastic dining experience!“

“Went on a Saturday 5pm. It was quiet as it was early. My husband was happy with it, I was just ehh. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would. Ordered Prosecco was not nice and cold...it was tepid/cool. Husbands beer was cold. We had truffle fries as an appetizer. Literally just fries I could have made at home with some truffle oil and Parmesan. Husband ordered caprese salad that was good. It was nothing special. 4 thin sliced tomatoes with burratta and some balsamic drizzled over. I had a salad with salmon. The salad was drenched but it was tasty, tomatoes, a few cukes, very thin and crispy croutons and the salmon which was a little under done in my opinion. My husband had the chicken parm, nicely cooked, pasta seemed like homemade he really liked it. The bill came to $101.65 with tip $126.65. I wouldn't care about going back again, my husband might want to though.“

“I came here yesterday 3.17.25 this is the second time I ever come into this location. The occasion was to take out my oldest daughter for her Birthday. I had not come back to this location since 2019 for my Daughter’s 19th Birthday.
But.. just as the first time I came, it was such a great time. I came in to celebrate my daughter, & granddaughter. The Restaurant very clean, well decorated and has really Great Staff from the Host to the Server and cooks.
I’d really like to thank Safirra(sorry if I misspelled your name) this girl was so attentive, Sweet, Friendly, Courteous, Kind and smiling. Safirra went above and beyond for my daughter and granddaughter and even myself around the clock making sure we tended to and that we were enjoying our food. As we ordered drinks as well she made sure we were satisfied I hope you guys know what an Asset & gem you have there!! Safirra also learned that my oldest daughter birthday was a couple days away and made the most amazing presentation of a dessert for her and brought 3 spoons for us to enjoy. “My daughter loves the thin crust pizza that only Domino's has. This place is very reliable, I mean, we don't have surprises which is good because my daughter always want the pizza the same way. There is always an offer on their website and we always pay less than the original price. I also like that I can track when the pizza is ready. The employee are nice.“

“I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup. I never have an issue with my food or service. Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints. Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal. 10 minutes later the manger was at my work dropping off coupon cards for me! What incredible service! She is the manager and she is running food for curbside, answering phones, AND driving to peoples work to make orders right?!?!? Someone give this woman a raise! And everyone reading this please be nice to your food service workers. They are feeding us during a global pandemic. Thank you!“

Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work!
