Even though the food is lightly seasoned (there are a lot of older customers) it is packed with flavor. The best part is seeing Masao doing his craft. He is genuinely happy and appreciative of all his customers, and his exuberance is quite contagious. Although he is a man of few words his actions and the kindness in his eyes speak volumes. If you order in a to go box, you place the box on a plate when it is weighed. I think the pricing is on par with other hot/ salad bars.“

“We eat at Eddie's often and enjoy the food and service. This last time we enjoyed the food again but service was not up to par and it was terribly loud. Our server was either new or unfamiliar with our drink order so she asked another server to ask us again. My glass of ginger ale was skipped and so weren't my husband and his friend's after dinner drinks. 90% of the time we go and there's never a problem. This time was different. It was my husband and his best friend's birthdays.“

This is hands down the best northern Indian cuisine in Waltham, maybe the entire Northeast. We've had a ton of other restaurants but here everything is straight flavor, fresh, tender & perfectly cooked.

Other than the insane food, the staff have all been friendly & attentive. The atmosphere is also clean and nice enough to bring a significant other for a fancy night.“

My husband and son ordered a calmelized onion and red pepper version and I tried the vegan veggie pizza. I highly recommend the Mickey’s Chicken special and the red sangria which was a deep dark red- as sangria should be. Yum! My children loved our Irish waitress who Made them laugh and feel special. I went to Fiorella’s with my aunt and cousin, who had both been there many times. The food is great, pretty typical Italian American dishes with a few less common additions, and everything tasted fantastic. They also have a good wine menu, great cocktails, an impressive selection of mocktails.

Our server was amazing! Jamie went above and beyond and truly gave us some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding.

This dish consisted mostly of tomatoes and broccoli with tortellini and short rib being the after thought- there was also not much flavor to the dish. Our server was nice and quite fast!“

My grilled eggplant sandwich was to die for, and another at our table ordered the portobello sandwich, which she declared superb. “I ordered from Shiva's Kitchen on Door Dash - a Mysore Masala Dosa and Paneer Tikka Masala. I was so impressed by how delicious the food was and also how much food there was.

I often think that places skimp out on their delivery food (especially dosas, what is it about dosas that they make a bad delivery food?), but their dosa was INCREDIBLE. Just loaded with potato masala, and the masala was flavorful and varied with spices and other things.“
