“Arya is a GEM, the owner and staff are phenomenal and wonderful people. The menu is FANTASTIC. I booked a reservation for 6 on a Saturday night for a special occasion. I am a total moron and somehow thought it was for 6:30 - showed up and obviously the table was no longer available. Met Mossimo and explained it was our fault, and in particular MY dummy mistake. He was so kind and found us seating, the staff was incredible, the food was amazing, and this place has loyal customers for life. Could not recommend more strongly and emphatically!“

“What I meal. Would love to go back and try more options. The best I thought was this porchetta flatbread with heirloom tomatoes and pesto. The meat melted in your mouth basically. Everything else was great including the seafood pasta special, mushroom pasta and roasted veggies. Couldn't pass up on the roasted fig ice cream either which was also spectacular.“

“Went here on a friday evening and place was absolutely packed - highly recommend reservations because you'll be lucky to get a table otherwise.

Ambiance was better than expected. You wouldn't be able to tell by looking from the outside but the inside is a classy well lit spot with tons of seating a spacious bar area. Great spot for dates, friends, and family.

Service was so-so. Could tell they were busy and trying their best. Maybe hire more servers?

Food - pizza was alright. Not amazing like others raving on here but it wasn't bad either. One of them was lacking flavor and the other was undercooked.“

“The quality and presentation of the food was top notch. We were incredibly impressed by the dining room layout and staff. If you are looking for a place to propose to your significant other… this is NOT the appropriate place. As I mentioned the food was the finest I’ve ever had; however, the music was terrible. We felt like we were in a 1990’s discotheque. The music was loud, very heavy beat and not remotely romantic. We did mention to our waitstaff and they attempted to get it turned down to no avail. No coffee or dessert available either. I understand space is limited; however you have two of the finest dessert businesses well within walking distance. Even if you only carry two desserts. I would still go back there for the food with the hopes of different music…even soft jazz would be acceptable.“

“This is a hidden gem! We stopped here randomly while traveling home from Boston. We got zucchini pillows and beet salad for appetizers. They were fabulous and flavorful! For dinner we got gnocchi and chicken parm. Probably the best we have ever had! Delicious and good size portions. We had tiramisu for dessert. It was excellent! Great meal start to finish. Our waitress, the owner's daughter was personable , sweet, efficient and great to talk to. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!“

“5 out of 5 stars for Josephine! Dined on a Sunday evening around 6pm without a reservation. Both the food and our server were great and I love that they have martinis on draft. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad, sausage rigatoni, and hot honey/pepperoni pizza. The salad was chilled and crisp, perfect for a hot day and the rigatoni and pizza were both delicious and substantial portions. Looking forward to going back!“

“Spiga is our absolute favorite restaurant!! We've come a dozen times and it is always the best meal! This particular time, I made a reservation for Father's Day but I accidentally booked it for a week prior - the manager was so incredible and could hear the desperation in my voice, so squeezed us in and made it work by his own kindness, even though the restaurant was fully booked. Our waiter was amazing - the service was incredible from beginning to end and our meal was absolutely delicious and so freshly homemade as always! We cannot wait to come back, thank you Spiga!!“

“Came in on a Monday night to celebrate a birthday. It was a party of 4, my husband, 2 kids and myself, my toddler didn’t eat anything so technically 3 people were enjoying dinner. The food was fantastic, an excellent ,well balanced dish in every course of the evening. The highlight though was our attentive,kind and most importantly for me is knowledgeable server. Anytime I asked a question he would immediately give accurate details of the drinks or any other item on the menu. So David, thank you.
However upon arriving we were the first reservation and the only guests there for about 20 min, we were seated in front of the kitchen door/ server station. It seemed odd because you have such a big and beautiful space, why sit us at the loudest table possible? The back servers and servers were non stop taking about their personal life and whatnot. They were speaking Spanish so they must of thought we wouldn’t understand, but we heard and understood every word, so did my kids. On top of that, the most inappropriate music for a fine dining restaurant. Reggaeton Karol G- seriously? I came here for dinner to avoid the apple bees vibes with my family.
Our appetizers were removed from the table while we were still eating and we couldn’t finish them, same as our entree. My husbands meal was removed while he was still had food in his mouth. Plates were taken away one by one as oppose to all at once when everyone is done. After all that a beautiful $420 check for a party of 3, it wasn’t not worth the money. Maybe we’ll try again in the future and request a different area of the restaurant“

“My boyfriend and I had an incredible meal at Isabella this weekend! The taste and quality of every dish was top-notch. To start, we ordered the burrata and calamari- both fantastic. We each got a pasta dish as our entree. I ordered the delicious spaghetti and meatballs while he ordered the carbonara (claimed it was the best he's ever had). The pasta portions were very generous as well. For dessert, we shared the affogato and cannoli. The affogato was fantastic but I have had better cannoli. The atmosphere was so cozy and the restaurant overall had a nice ambience. It's very small inside and the tables are close together, so I'd definitely recommend a reservation especially on the weekend. Because it was a smaller restaurant, the noise level was naturally louder, but I wouldn't say this disrupted our experience one bit. It was a nice combination of music and conversation, and we could still hear each other talk. The only thing we were slightly disappointed by was the service. It was a little difficult to hear our waitress and she failed to mention the specials for the night. We only knew there were specials because we heard another server telling another table about them. They were also on the chalkboard outside. She frequently came to our table, though, and cleared dishes when we were done. Our food came out VERY fast, which I didn't mind because we were hungry, but if we were looking for a long dinner we probably would've felt a bit rushed. Overall, I highly highly recommend Isabella. The food was absolutely incredible and I will be back next time I visit Boston!“
