“Just went there for dinner tonight and it was the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. We got the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Sesame Chicken, and the vegetable Lo-Mein. Also had a lychee martini. Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent. All the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great, very nice and clean throughout the restaurant. 10/10, highly recommended. Must try if you visit the Holyoke Mall!

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄“

“I have been eating at and ordering from Mandarin Wilbraham for 8 years. Every time, inside or at home, the food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is friendly and double checks for order correctness and specifics. When I call for take out they ask me if I would like my usual hot sauce. (Who would know that?) My order this evening was delivered and was not my order. They called me immediately and were back at my home in less than 10 minutes, all apologies. When my correct order came, again, piping hot, fresh and delish!! And with a smile. Accolades to your attention, excellent food and true dynamic of serving wonderful food to your neighbors! “Super good! I really enjoy their general tso's chicken. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the menu says you can adjust the spice but every time I order it I am unable to make it spicy. The last time I ordered it I asked for it to be extra spicy and it didn't even have a hint of spice.

Customer service is always great. Everyone there is kind and accommodating. It's rather small inside and employees are usually sitting at the tables so I don't believe I would ever eat there. Takeout is great though! They also deliver.

Hot and sour soup is always excellent.The menu prices have gone up a little (about 50¢ more per entree type item) and the hours a different now too. They are only open on Tuesdays in December. Otherwise they are closed on Tuesday.Good Chinese, very friendly, very fast. The prices are reasonable and you get a good amount of food. I find it better than the other Chinese restaurant Hang's in Stafford.Be aware that there is no indoor seating. There's some picnic tables in the grass but appears to be mostly take out.“

“I don't understand why so many people give Ho Mei bad reviews. So far, it is my favorite Chinese food in Springfield. Is it fancy? No. However, it is quality food and really affordable. “An affordable family-run take out Chinese food.
I stopped by to pickup some Chinese food. Beef noodle for my kids and general Tsao’s combo for me.
Everything came out hot. The egg rolls took the longest. It was crunchy and I could tell it was home made.
The noodles was OK. It was a bit light on ingredients but at this price point, that’s fine.
General Tsao was interesting. Small pieces of chicken, individually thickly coated, and sauces generously. No broccoli but at this price, can’t ask for it. It had a nice crunch and flavor was good. It came in a smallish container but it was packed full of food.
They put in utensils I asked for along with sauces.
When I was there, bunch of kids were there and they were helping out. It’s nice to see family run shops. The woman taking order was super friendly and asked about my kids.
If you want an affordable and generously portioned meal, these guys are great.“

These people are great to me and my family, and it's very nice to keep a family tradition.
Food is always good, I may have had 1 issue and house of Huang fixed it quick. They care about their customers.

“Wanted something spicy and this was the only Asian food in a 2 mile radius. We were on a long drive and didn't want to go hunting for another restaurant. So Cheng's Chinese Garden it was.

The menu had the usual American Chinese fare (General Tsos, Beef and Broccoli etc.) but there was a section that looked promising - the names of the dishes hinted at the more traditional Chinese dishes.

We order egg drop soup and hot and sour soup to start. They didn't disappoint. The main course was a dry beans dish and a pork and cabbage "spicy" dish.

The dry beans dish was just outstanding! Such a simple dish. Prepared with some pickles (not the ones you are thinking of) that added a bit of extra taste - made the dish worth recommending. Definitely try it.
The pork dish was tasty but more sweet than spicy. Not overly sweet like sweet and sour dishes but unmistakably sweet. We asked for some chillies sauce on the side but that didn't help the dish much. It was not bad by any means. Just not the spicy we were craving.

Service was fast and friendly. The soup came out non sooner than we finished ordering. The restaurant is clean and the decoration in unmistakably Chinese. If some one walked you in there with blindfolds on and you would know instantly what to expect when your blindfolds came off :-).“

“Ordered delivery. Arrived quickly, all meals were hot. We all had lunch specials which come with pork fried rice and a vegetable egg roll. All main dishes were tasty- sweet and sour chicken done with all white meat,general tso chicken also done with white meat and shrimp egg fo young, with brown sauce (usual have white sauce) but it was good. Vegetable egg rolls were not as fresh as we like. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and it was nice to order delivery. Prices and serving sizes were excellent. We would definitely order from here again.“
