“Absolutely delicious and excellent service. We stopped in on a trip, and the cashier at the register was very polite and quick to serve us. The woman making the sandwiches was very fast and friendly. As she was packing our sandwiches I thought to myself I wish I had asked to wrap the two halves separate to make it easier for my son and I to eat, but because I forgot to ask I didn't want to inconvenience her. Well she read my mind. Not only did she wrap the halves separately, she also wrote which half had mushrooms on it! Superior service and I highly recommend it on your next trip!!“

“Upon arrival notice that restaurant was clean , customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Eric and Mason , Eric took my order correctly and was kind. “Omg. The bread here is delicious!!! The sandwiches are fresh and there is a great beverage selection. I am personally a very picky eater and it do not like chain sandwich shops but the shot table us different. My go to sandwich is a small tuna with Craisins lightly grilled. Sometimes they cook it for too long and it gets really hard but if that happens let them know and they will remake your sandwich for you free. I'd say nine times out of 10 my sandwich is perfect..“

“I love this restaurant, it has amazing and healthy sandwiches along with great tasting acai bowls and iced tea. They also serve coffee and some pastry including muffins, croissants and donuts. This restaurant also serves breakfast and salads

Parking: A few spots, in the parking lot. But the gym it's attached too has plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: The menu has sandwiches and smoothies, they also have AMAZING acai bowls.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in a gym which is accessible by wheelchair and the other entrance from the outside is wheelchair accessible too“

“I heard Jersey Mikes was in Northampton from a friend of mine and I was meeting PAM who does my hair in East Hampton and I sent her a message and said hey let me bring you lunch Jersey Mikes she ordered and then I decided I would have one and I added to her order and when I left, they were so busy That I just paid my bill took the two grinders to meet up with PAM at 1:00 I realized I was not charged for one of them and I called them today to settle up the girl that answered the phone says let me get you the manager Jon Michael got on the phone a little surprised that I was honest enough to pay for this meal And he said enjoy it on the house. “I was craving some subway and this was the third location I went to and finally got what I wanted. The employee that served me was so nice and welcoming. She didn’t rush me and listened carefully to my needs. She was alone and yet the place looked clean and spotless. The food I got was very delicious and I would definitely recommend this place.“

“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

I really liked that they offer the mini size because I didn't want any left over for lunch.The sub was stacked, they had all the right fixings.I really enjoyed it!! It is so hard to find a good Italian sub Around this area , I know i've been looking for years!!! I'm Originally from an area where good italian subs are around every corner. Also the staff was efficient and friendly. Everyone had a smile. They put effort into my sandwich unlike some other sandwiches assembly lines were the person could care less. “They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“
