“I recently discovered Brewed Awakenings, and I am hooked! I visited the Cranston location. The staff was so friendly. The cafe was spotless, and Paul, the manager, is so warm, welcoming, has a stellar personality, and completely makes my morning. It's been tricky trying to find a solid cup of iced coffee that has all of the bells and whistles. I shared with Paul my favorite flavors, and he immediately whipped up the perfect cold concoction. It was my first time trying coldfoam! It is by far the best iced coffee I have ever had. Pictured is brewed Smores iced coffee with Oreo cold foam, crushed oreo cookies, and a smidgen of chocolate syrup. 10/10 recommend. I'm already looking forward to my morning cup.“

“I’ve been coming here since it opened, and the coffee—especially the drip—is still some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s extremely consistent and always well-prepared. Espresso drinks like the cortado are just as good.

The pastries themselves are excellent, but availability is frustrating. On weekend mornings, even fairly early, specific items are often already sold out or not offered in the first place, which isn’t typical of other comparable cafés.

Service is generally excellent, but the atmosphere has changed. Smaller tables and a comfortable couch were replaced years ago with one large industrial table and uncomfortable metal chairs. It discourages lingering and makes intimate conversation awkward.

The coffee is still as good as it’s ever been, but between the seating and inconsistent food availability, it’s now better suited for quick stops than relaxed visits.

Finally, I wish they would bring back the self-serve milk and cream station. Preferences vary, and even when I’m specific, the amount added isn’t always to my liking. Allowing customers to add it themselves would be a simple improvement.“

Owner Kerry is one of those rare people that makes everyone feel like they are important and special, as to her, they are. I am partial to the blueberry lemon pound cake and the white chocolate Reese’s coupled with a lemon tea with a mango shot.“

Initially we were completely lost in the meat market/cafe setting until a friendly police officer in the restaurant told us to just have a seat if we were dining in. Shortly there after they were brewing a fresh pot of coffee while we perused the menu. After asking what the soup of the day was, we were brought a sampling of the two soups (chicken vegetable and tomato, both were phenomenal).After over hearing the chicken pot pie had just come out of the oven, we settled on that and the cranberry chicken salad sandwich. The portions were huge.After making sizable dent in our selections the waiter came out with a sampling on their chicken parmesan and meatballs covered in their tomato sauce. The chicken was probably better than anything I’ve had at an Italian restaurant. The meatballs were perfectly cooked. Not too much meat and not too much filler. The tomato sauce was very light and had a good flavor.They next time we are in Boston Cimino’s will be on our list. “Ma Reilly's has fantastic fresh foods and authentic baked irish delights. I especially loved the irish crème buns with the fresh crème and Nutella. I had a home made strawberry shortcake as well. I love the fresh wraps and sandwiches as well. I know my review isn't the best worded but the fact that I've been five times since I've discovered it (in the last two weeks) should tell you how great it is.“

“I’m a huge bubble tea drinker and I love to try all different kinds of places. Let me tell you, Sweet Sip did not disappoint. While there I tried three drinks: the Assam black tea with honey boba, the rose milk tea (no topping), and the Vietnamese iced coffee. All three were delicious. The Assam was a great milk tea for anyone who likes it simple and nostalgic. Nice and sweet, but not too sweet. The rose milk tea was fragrant and delicious as well. In terms of the boba, they use honey boba, which is a nice choice; this gives them a good taste, which adds nicely to the teas. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a nice surprise. If you’ve ever had the real deal form a Vietnamese restaurant, then you would know that the coffee flavor can be strong and extra bitter. For someone who loves coffee, but is a wimp with the bitterness, this iced coffee was just the right balance. It gets even better as your ice melts. Lastly. I tried some of their Hong Kong cakes, specifically the pandan flavored cake, and the mochi filling. It was heavenly… Crisp, sweet, and flavorful. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I don’t go to Boston too often, but I would definitely come back to try more drinks at Sweet Sip the next time I’m visiting.“

“I was back in Adams Village today (my old neighborhood) and as I crossed Gallivan Blvd, my 4 year old said “mummy!!!!!!! look at the smiley faced balloons!!!” I pulled over and asked the woman at the register if she would be willing to sell me one of the balloons with my coffee order.
