“When I passed by this small cafe, I was immediately impressed by the smell, so decided to go there for brunch. They have a variety of food options, mostly breakfast items. I tried their veggie breakfast bowl and fell in love with it. Highly recommended. Also met a lady who was owner's friend and helping with seating and serving coffee. I liked her sweet and polite nature. Loved the hustle bustle of this place on a busy Sunday morning.“

“Great Thai every time, will be back. The scallion pancakes are exceptional-- one of the best around for miles. The veggie pad Thai is also amazing, I went for lunch. Large portions on the pad Thai lasted 3 meals for me. Reasonable prices and decent ambience, kind and friendly service that doesn't miss anything. Try the Thai tea-- $2.50 and comes with a very cute tea cup and teapot!“

They were busy when we got there for our reservation, and when our server arrived at our table, we were ready with our whole order, and he was able to quickly pivot and take the whole order and get our night going. “We had Super Sub cater our daughters baby shower 5/11/24. Food was amazing and fresh. We ordered the cheesesteak tray (AMAZING) Came with tons of rolls and chips. Chicken salad finger sandwiches and a huge vegtable tray.Everything was delicious and got so many compliments from our guests. Communication was top notch. Paul was wonderful to work with. “OMG Best breakfast ever. Got a western omelet and I must say was the best one one I've had in years. My daughter got the veggie omlet and is the first time I've ever seen her clean her plate! Will definitely go here from now on. No other restaraunt can will ever top this place. Good coffee, friendly people, great service, and great prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the best! I'm not the only one that likes it there. There was only one empty table left. Wheelchair access, handicap parking nesr the front door that makes it an easy access for those needing it. Will definitely go back there. Hard to find anywhere with a breakfast this good.“

“Was craving ice cream on the way to Boston & was able to get my fix before it closed. Just for kicks, sampled the grape nut which was interesting. It tasted like soggy grape nuts so at least you don't chip a tooth; you either love it or hate it. I decided to stick to my faves, chocolate peanut butter & pistachio. The pistachio flavoring was off, a bit too pistachio-y, if that's even possible. But the chocolate peanut butter hit the spot. Hubby got the milk & cookies & that was yummy too. Business was steady with a lot of local kids, even on a cold weeknight.“

There was only one other family in there and it was blissfully quiet. Service was speedy and friendly. The 3 of us got away with an $80 tab. It was a relaxing meal. Chicken Marsala for me. “There are not many places in New England where one can get authentic German (and to some extent, Scandinavian) food. This is the best I have found in Massachusetts. It is mostly a "buy and take home" deli type place, although I believe they do have some hours when they operate a cafe to dine on site. Their deli and bakery items are authentic, though. Just like I remember having when I lived in Germany years ago. If you live in MA, and are craving real German food, this is the place to go.“

“Wow, wow, wow! Came here on a recommendation from a friend that works at Tendercrop Farm down the street. My husband and I were surprised to see so many cars coming in and out of the sizeable parking lot. Taking it as a good sign, we headed into the beautiful building. The line was long, but worth the wait! We grabbed a beautiful load of herb Parm sourdough, a cinnamon donut, a brioche chocolate mousse roll, ham and cheese croissant, two passion fruit tarts and two coffees. Came to a very reasonable total of $41. The coffee is great, and so far we've only tried the cinnamon donut but....WOW! It is so light and airy and delicious! Very very pleased. We were looking for a bakeshop near us ever since Bird & Wolf shutdown, and we are thrilled to find this gem that's only 10min away from our home.Only suggestion would be to possibly consider a slightly better system for order fulfillment. A single cashier who is also responsible for picking and packing everything leads to a bottleneck.Can't wait to go on a Friday night and try the dinner portion of this place. Really pleased!“

I've been to many different kinds of banh mi shops/Vietnamese restaurants, from traditional to fancy to experimental, and this place is among the best I've had. The bread has a nice crisp on the outside while maintaining a soft interior. I normally get nuoc cham on the side to dip it in, but these are so well flavored that they don't need it. “OK not to be dramatic but I would eat here every single day if I could afford it. I have literally driven here from Swampscott through downtown Salem during rush hour when I am craving an açaí bowl because I refuse to go anywhere else -- like, hands down the best bowls on the north shore. Close second is The Juicery in Salem. SoBol never skimps on anything & everything is soooo fresh and delicious every time, without fail. When I go in, it's usually teenagers working and they are very friendly and positive which I feel is rare these days, they are not sitting on their phones and being rude, they are genuinely customer-oriented and that speaks to the owner of the store and their ability to staff young people in the workforce. The store is always clean and there's always parking. The options for add-ons are more than any other place in the area--shout out to their cookie butter, it's heavenly and I always get extra. I rave about this place and if I didn't work full time and have a business already, I would probably work here LOL. Can't wait until the next time I get a coconut bowl with plant protein blended in, extra goji berries and extra cookie butter!“
