“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“The panini here are SO good! It is clear that the on-site owners really care about quality ingredients and their customers. There are various levels of Parma ham depending on your palate and budget. The sandwiches are generous and can be shared. It is a tiny shop with several standing tables, so this is not a place to relax while dining. The brownies are to die for and often sell out, so get there early & make sure to get a latte. There is a nice selection of Italian products for purchase.“

My own impression of this location is that it can be hard to get into a very busy North Main St, especially if you need to turn left.“

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “FANTASTIC coffee and pastry!!! Friendly and welcoming staff helped us understand the menu and the yummy foods we were seeing - they were Brazilian specialties. We tried a sweet cream bread that was surprisingly light and delicious, as well as a warmed chicken and cheese croquette. Everything was delicious. “There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“

I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. I go through the drive thru everytime cause I have two young kids and I grab myself a coffee and the kids a cake pop. My coffee is always made correctly and I genuinely take the extra 10 minute drive to come to this specific Starbucks rather than the other one in Leominster. But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“I’ve put in orders on the app at different locations and most of them still made me wait but this Dunkins always handles it professionally even if it’s busy. I walk in and walk out, it’s ready on the shelf. That’s all I can ask for, thank you“

“They always do a great job and they don't skimp on my salted caramel cold foam I don't know what is wrong with all the other stores but when I go somewhere else they give me like a squirt but when I stop by here they actually put in the correct amount where I get to enjoy it for at least 1/4 to half of my coffee.

Parking: There is about six spots in front of the building then they have like 10 pumps two spots next to the pump and like three spots out back so sometimes it's difficult to find a spot if trying to go in.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in handicap ramps as long as no jerk parks in the side of the handicap spot where their ramps fold out so they can exit the vehicle.“
