“From start to finish, I would recommend Salvatore’s to any engaged couple as a top tier wedding venue in the area. Marci was our coordinator and I cannot give her enough positive praise for her expertise and genuine care for us as the bride and groom throughout the entire process. The food is unbelievable, with more than just Italian options. We chose a carving station, chicken marsala, pasta, salad, veggie medley, and whipped potatoes for our buffet. Plated meals are available as well. The Coliseum room is the larger of the two function rooms, and the dance floor is centrally located with tables around it. Also included in the room is a full bar and a beautiful private bridal suite included with a bathroom and sitting area. We had plenty of room for a photo booth for guests. The wait staff and bartender were exceptional and took great care of our guests. The tasting was included in the price and was an amazing way to make sure our menu was perfect for our special day. Prices are reasonable, and you truly feel like you are being taken care of as family here. I did not get to meet Michael, the owner, but I heard fabulous feedback about him as well. I truly cannot thank Marci enough for making my experience as a bride planning a wedding so seamless and stress free. It was the most magical day ever!”

“Made a trip through the old stomping grounds of Lawrence and stopped in to grab some dessert pastries and cookies. Immediately greeted by the owner, who couldn’t be more of a sweetheart. Answered any questions with a smile, talked about the business with gratitude and love for what she does. We grabbed a variety of cookies, couple of the Dubai chocolate cannolis, and lobster tails. Hands down… BEST pastries I have had in years. Do not sleep on this place, they will absolutely gain your business over and over again!!!”

My favorites are the taco’s, spicy fries & super roast beef. I’ll always recommend this place, only problem today was… i got back halfway home and realized my daughter’s burger wasn’t in the bag 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honest mistake, but my kid was so mad 🤣”

The food itself was very fresh and packed with flavor. The chicken over rice is my personal favorite, the chicken was moist and grilled to perfection … melts in your mouth. The white sauce is flavorful and adds to the overall taste of the dish. They are not shy about the amount of chicken they add to the dish … you’re really getting your money’s worth.

The fries are the perfect texture of crispy and soft. The seasoning is a very good touch. Not soggy whatsoever. 10/10!!

I even tried viva la birria in the Woburn, ma location and IT DID NOT COMPARE AT ALL. This specific location in Lawrence is so good I don’t even know how to describe in words how good this location makes their tacos. It’s almost been a year and I’ve still been regularly buying from this place every single weekend. I’ve put all my friends on and all my friends now regularly buy from this location as-well. I swear I’m not getting sponsored these birria tacos are genuinely just so heavenly. I swear whenever I buy from this place and bite into these tacos my soul reaches heaven. The taco shells are so crispy, the meat is SO JUICY, the consome has the perfect amount of spice, and the juiciest amount of flavor. These chefs need a kiss and need to teach the Woburn ma location how to cook. I love this place and this place will always be my favorite restaurant to ever order from. “Tried a new pizza place in Lawrence this past weekend called “Pronto pizza” … it was excellent.. good sauce, generous with cheese and toppings, not at all sweet and they make stuffed crust(which I got).. they brush it with garlic butter and add grated cheese. I got onion rings too and even with delivery they arrived hot crispy and fresh, not soggy at all (which happens often with other places). The food was a little pricier than your average pizza place, but I didn’t mind, you get what you pay for.. they use high quality ingredients and really take pride in their work . I hadn’t heard of it before and honestly I only decided to try it because I had a great coupon.. so glad I did! I’m definitely going to order again in the future and am looking forward to trying other menu items. Highly recommend it! They’re on DoorDash and Uber eats too”

We got to the food cart and ordered, to our surprise, the chimis were NOT Chimis but rather Sandwich Type: Leg, Chicken or Beef.

We didn't understand why they associate Chimi with meat sandwiches, which I can say was delicious ?.

It came with a salad for about 10. Pretty good portion size. I think the pork rib is good, tender and moist with good flavor. The pork is a little dry but eatable. Flavor for both items are on point. The yellow rice is very tasty. You can eat that by itself. This place is great for a quick lunch. I will probably go back if I want to eat quickly.”
