“Hands down the best Chinese food around. My Dad lives a town over and asks me to get him food from Chin's. We're both picky with a lot of food, and everything here hit just right. They've converted me to a chicken wing lover lol. Also the lunch/dinner plates are a really good deal.“

“Just like the Chinese restaurant experience I remember when I was a kid in the 1980s.
Friendly service, hot tea, crispy noodles with duck sauce and hot mustard. We went out for my mom's birthday. She ordered Pork LoMein, I ordered the vegetable fried rice which come without egg or butter (vegan friendly), tofu vegetable soup which was filled with fresh vegetables, and the fried tofu in creamy peanut sauce (also vegan friendly). Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our meals and would highly recommend dining in or or take out.“

“I’ve been searching for some good Chinese food lately because I stopped eating it for a while. The places I’ve been to so far have been mid. What caught my attention on this place was that everyone kept saying the rice was brown & not yellow, which is my preference because that’s what I grew up on. I ordered chicken fried rice & chicken and broccoli. I did not order the wings because I saw that they just fry the wings with no flour or anything to make it crispy which is what I prefer. When I got there I ordered a small order of chicken fingers to give them a try. Some places have too much batter and they’re soggy. I’m glad I tried theirs because they were perfect! Golden & crispy! My meal was delicious! I think I might just stick with them for Chinese food!“

“Went with my daughter and we got to plates and two sodas. Paid over $50 for food that was ok but not great. The service was fast but its really more of a take out place. We dined in and it felt like we were eating in their back pantry. The table was so wobbly we decided to make a game of it to see who could eat without spilling. Would not go back again.“

Yesterday I ordered a chicken chop suey. Talk about bland. The number one reason why businesses fail is because of their lack of consistency If you want keep customers, you need to be consistent. Not great one day and blah the next.
. The only downside to this restaurant is the look on the inside. It is not a sit and dine in place. Order and leave only. This is the small size Shrimp Chop Suey. Delish...a little smaller than most but it was cheap at about 7 dollars.“

“I have been eating at and ordering from Mandarin Wilbraham for 8 years. Every time, inside or at home, the food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is friendly and double checks for order correctness and specifics. When I call for take out they ask me if I would like my usual hot sauce. (Who would know that?) My order this evening was delivered and was not my order. They called me immediately and were back at my home in less than 10 minutes, all apologies. When my correct order came, again, piping hot, fresh and delish!! And with a smile. Accolades to your attention, excellent food and true dynamic of serving wonderful food to your neighbors! “My workplace has ordered here several times for work events and the food is always awesome!! It's also very affordable compared to other places we have worked with. I was once quoted $1900 at another Chinese place, for catering for 50-70 people, but with Lucky Cheng we pay $300-500. So reasonable and they are so sweet. I highly recommend them!“

“An affordable family-run take out Chinese food.
I stopped by to pickup some Chinese food. Beef noodle for my kids and general Tsao’s combo for me.
Everything came out hot. The egg rolls took the longest. It was crunchy and I could tell it was home made.
The noodles was OK. It was a bit light on ingredients but at this price point, that’s fine.
General Tsao was interesting. Small pieces of chicken, individually thickly coated, and sauces generously. No broccoli but at this price, can’t ask for it. It had a nice crunch and flavor was good. It came in a smallish container but it was packed full of food.
They put in utensils I asked for along with sauces.
When I was there, bunch of kids were there and they were helping out. It’s nice to see family run shops. The woman taking order was super friendly and asked about my kids.
If you want an affordable and generously portioned meal, these guys are great.“

“Good places. Good food. No delivery. Prices are good. Decent white rice. Dumplings and sauce are great but the sauce container is laughably small. They could triple the size and it would just be enough. Decent general tsos, light not heavy so if you want some thick sauce this is not it. Beef teriyaki was lackluster.“

“The service here is fantastic. The food is always consistent and fast! They know their kitchen and their recipes. Customer service is genuinely really amazing. I ordered on Doordash one time, amd they had been short exactly one stick on my chicken teriyaki orders and called to ask if I'd prefer something else. I insisted that it was okay and they insisted on at least sending an extra order of chicken fingers. It was a really nice experience!“

“We went to place an online order Friday night and their system was not accepting so we decided to call in. I could tell from the start that everyone else had the same idea. The young women who answered the phone was so polite I was not mad at all that she had to put me on hold. I knew they were busy. We ordered a lot of food and everything was delicious the crab ragoons were so yummy I wish we had ordered two large containers instead of one. The food was ready right when we picked it up and even though you could still tell they were busy the two people behind the counter had amazing attitudes. The serving sizes were amazing and we have so much left over to enjoy today. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese spots in this area!

“I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s a family-run business, and their dedication truly shows. The food is absolutely amazing, and the entire restaurant is incredibly clean—with the open kitchen layout, you can see everything, and the staff and workspace are always spotless and respectful. I spoke with the owner, and she is wonderful; she even spends their only day off prepping food for the week. She is so committed to her business, and that love and effort completely translate into the quality of the food. I truly appreciate people who care this much about their craft. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered pick up and I ended up breaking down and getting my car towed. When calling Great China, I asked if I could have my food delivered to where I broke down. They agreed and when the delivery driver showed up and saw my car torn apart from a pot hole, he offered to deliver it to my house in Indian Orchard, where they normally do not deliver to. He was so kind and generous. Great service, great delivery, and overall great people. I will ALWAYS recommend Great China. Thank you for not letting my son go hungry for hours and being such a conscience In such a horrible time!“

“Entrance way is pretty dirty,...someone needs to clean it & all glass doors(....hand smudges & dried on soapy rinse water...) This almost made me not go in. Gentleman at register was OK : needs more friendlier welcome to patrons. Food that we bought was good and tasted good.Good size portion on "House Platter". Was hot & comes with a good variety...Fried rice,Pork Strips,Fried Chicken(...not greasy...), Chicken Fingers, Crab Rangoon,Terriaki Steak(...Very good) Good Food, OK Customer Service,....only Bad Side is Front Entrance Needs a Cleaning....I'm sure some customers have not come with Entrance So Unclean.“
