“Hands down the best Chinese food around. My Dad lives a town over and asks me to get him food from Chin's. We're both picky with a lot of food, and everything here hit just right. They've converted me to a chicken wing lover lol. Also the lunch/dinner plates are a really good deal.“

“I’ve been searching for some good Chinese food lately because I stopped eating it for a while. The places I’ve been to so far have been mid. What caught my attention on this place was that everyone kept saying the rice was brown & not yellow, which is my preference because that’s what I grew up on. I ordered chicken fried rice & chicken and broccoli. I did not order the wings because I saw that they just fry the wings with no flour or anything to make it crispy which is what I prefer. When I got there I ordered a small order of chicken fingers to give them a try. Some places have too much batter and they’re soggy. I’m glad I tried theirs because they were perfect! Golden & crispy! My meal was delicious! I think I might just stick with them for Chinese food!“

“I have been eating at and ordering from Mandarin Wilbraham for 8 years. Every time, inside or at home, the food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is friendly and double checks for order correctness and specifics. When I call for take out they ask me if I would like my usual hot sauce. (Who would know that?) My order this evening was delivered and was not my order. They called me immediately and were back at my home in less than 10 minutes, all apologies. When my correct order came, again, piping hot, fresh and delish!! And with a smile. Accolades to your attention, excellent food and true dynamic of serving wonderful food to your neighbors! “This is not your typical Chinese restaurant. There was a few things that you see on all chinese menu’s but there was quite a few things I’ve never seen before. They had a lot of pictures on the menu so you could see what it looks like. There was a little bit of a language barrier but the food makes up for it. I think they use a lot of seasonings so nothing was really bland. If you’re looking for it, it’s not standalone. It’s in a strip mall. I would go again.“

“An affordable family-run take out Chinese food.
I stopped by to pickup some Chinese food. Beef noodle for my kids and general Tsao’s combo for me.
Everything came out hot. The egg rolls took the longest. It was crunchy and I could tell it was home made.
The noodles was OK. It was a bit light on ingredients but at this price point, that’s fine.
General Tsao was interesting. Small pieces of chicken, individually thickly coated, and sauces generously. No broccoli but at this price, can’t ask for it. It had a nice crunch and flavor was good. It came in a smallish container but it was packed full of food.
They put in utensils I asked for along with sauces.
When I was there, bunch of kids were there and they were helping out. It’s nice to see family run shops. The woman taking order was super friendly and asked about my kids.
If you want an affordable and generously portioned meal, these guys are great.“

“I ordered chicken & broccoli. It came w/prk strips and pork fried rice. The chicken and broccoli was not your average basic flavor. It had a different taste that was quite good. I would have rated it highly even if it was a nice sit down chinese restaurant. The kitchen where the food is prepared is visible to the public. The area appeared to be quite clean. You don't get a very big portion of the main entree but it was very goodm“

“We went to place an online order Friday night and their system was not accepting so we decided to call in. I could tell from the start that everyone else had the same idea. The young women who answered the phone was so polite I was not mad at all that she had to put me on hold. I knew they were busy. We ordered a lot of food and everything was delicious the crab ragoons were so yummy I wish we had ordered two large containers instead of one. The food was ready right when we picked it up and even though you could still tell they were busy the two people behind the counter had amazing attitudes. The serving sizes were amazing and we have so much left over to enjoy today. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese spots in this area!

“My workplace has ordered here several times for work events and the food is always awesome!! It's also very affordable compared to other places we have worked with. I was once quoted $1900 at another Chinese place, for catering for 50-70 people, but with Lucky Cheng we pay $300-500. So reasonable and they are so sweet. I highly recommend them!“

Yesterday I ordered a chicken chop suey. Talk about bland. The number one reason why businesses fail is because of their lack of consistency If you want keep customers, you need to be consistent. Not great one day and blah the next.
. The only downside to this restaurant is the look on the inside. It is not a sit and dine in place. Order and leave only. This is the small size Shrimp Chop Suey. Delish...a little smaller than most but it was cheap at about 7 dollars.“

“This place is delicious!! In the photos are a variety of items on this menu! Needless to say we had lunch and dinner for the next day!! Was done in 15-20 mins!! Nice and fresh!! My husband has been going there 20 years and has had a few changes in management but food has always been outstanding!! Closest thing I have had to New York Chinese!
-We got the sugar donuts it came with 10 pcs! -Egg roll was yummy
-white rice was a perfect texture!
-Chicken wings were Crispy!
-boneless spare rib tips were amazing!
-pork fried rice was perfect texture as well!
-weird but got some French fries! (Crazy I had left over ones and put in microwave next day and they were supper crispy still!)

“Really good food and a great value for the amount you get. The portions were very generous, and everything came out fresh and hot.

The rice was excellent—moist, flavorful, and not dry at all. The ribs were easily one of the highlights of the meal and honestly some of the best ribs I’ve had in years. They were cooked just right, tender without being overcooked or falling apart into mush, and had a great flavor.

The chicken nuggets were another surprise. They were juicy, tender, and reminded me a lot of really good sweet-and-sour chicken. Definitely something I would order again.

My only real negative was the orange chicken. It wasn’t bad at all, but it just didn’t really taste like orange chicken to me. The flavor was good, just not what I was expecting when ordering orange chicken.

Overall, for the price, portion sizes, and quality of the food, this place is absolutely worth trying. You definitely get plenty of food for your money, and there were several things here that I would come back for again—especially those ribs. Great meal overall.“

I'm really BIG on Shrimp egg rolls and it takes quite a bit to impress me with an Shrimp eggroll 🥐 and these were the best I've tried in the Western Massachusetts Area to be honest. I will absolutely dine here again!!. I really didn't have high hopes just because every Chinese restaurant that I've tried and the Western Mass area has been a flop!!. Not these guys I really enjoyed everything!!.

(One suggestion: Can you drain the egg rolls before putting them in the parchment bag!?. Only because it makes the last one absorb ALL the oil from the first one?). Otherwise great job on the menu items!.

Food was fresh on point full of flavor. I gave it a second chance and it was perfect again no complaints. amount was enough even had enough to save for later. I thought maybe the second time the food was not going to taste the same but it tastes just right. No complaints at all. Felt like the same person was cooking the food that’s how good it was. I decided to bring a group of friends and This time I sat down to eat, instead of taking the food for takeout, the workers were funny and had great conversations made sure we had what we need and more upon ordering food. “Entrance way is pretty dirty,...someone needs to clean it & all glass doors(....hand smudges & dried on soapy rinse water...) This almost made me not go in. Gentleman at register was OK : needs more friendlier welcome to patrons. Food that we bought was good and tasted good.Good size portion on "House Platter". Was hot & comes with a good variety...Fried rice,Pork Strips,Fried Chicken(...not greasy...), Chicken Fingers, Crab Rangoon,Terriaki Steak(...Very good) Good Food, OK Customer Service,....only Bad Side is Front Entrance Needs a Cleaning....I'm sure some customers have not come with Entrance So Unclean.“
