“A lively, huge restaurant and bar, with a wide variety of menu items to really appeal to / accommodate everyone's tastes and dietary needs.

The staff is quite friendly and professional. They have a great musical playlist with the accompanying videos on TV screens. They also have sports on other screens and a huge bar in the middle of it all.

There is also a sizable, covered outdoor space.

My mother and I go specifically for their Chicken Nachos - they're SO good!

There was a large group of seniors there for a special outing. The food they ordered looked so good and they told me that it was delicious and they had so much fun. It's a great idea to take people here for almost any special occasion, in my opinion.

“This was the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant. We had reserved a round table at the back of the restaurant, which they gave to some other party just before we got there. They sat us at a long table next to the table I had reserved. The noise level was awful, we couldn't hear each other talk, as the people at the round table were so loud. Also the waitress had an attitude and did not bring us drinks when we asked for them. She never checked with us about anything we needed. The food was great as usual. But because of the issues with our reservation, we will NEVER go here again. We have always used this location before as we go there many times a year, but never again.“

I was a little nervous because Mia had not been there for months and I wanted to make sure she was comfortable. As soon as we came inside she saw Brandon. “I had my Daughter’s bridal shower at the Long Cross. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The venue provided linens and flowers for the tables. We had complete use of the back part of the restaurant and patio. They allowed us to set up a balloon arch and backdrop for pictures, and several tables for displays and games. The food was great and the price was reasonable. I would recommend having your party or shower there.“

The place was completely jammed and they were so calm and accommodating. Someone was always there to take a drink order or whatever else you needed. “500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“
