Vincent was quick to respond to questions, walked through our options, and helped select the best catering options for our budget and guests. The food was delicious and Vincent was able to provide options to meet the needs of our guests with allergies. Everything was perfect, including the taco bar at the end of the night! “Why does Mary have so few reviews?? She's INCREDIBLE. She was our wedding venue's recommended caterer and she did not disappoint. EVERYONE complimented the food. She worked with my fiancé and I to create a complex customized wedding buffet menu - we needed a gluten free table and a separate dairy free table, we wanted our wedding to be a formal tea party and needed all the food to match that theme, etc. She was great about staying in contact and immediately replying whenever I had a question; she also brought a bride platter for me while I was getting ready (she was right - the bride doesn't have time to eat!) that had deviled eggs, which weren't even part of our menu but she remembered me saying I loved so she made them for me. If I ever have another event in Salem, I'm definitely contacting her.“

“They are amazing! Food is spectacular! Services is wonderful and they are so easy to work with. They catered my wedding, help set up, attended bar, and so much more! So grateful! They made my day go so smoothly at peirce farm. Pictures are of the wonderful set up colleen and her crew did. For food we got stuffed fish, cordon Bleu, Mac and cheese, and vegetables. For appetizers got crab cakes, bruschetta, lamb chops and the harvest salad. All amazing!!“
“We just used Bruce for our son's Bar Mitzvah party. The food was OUTSTANDING! We received tons of compliments on the food the entire evening. Hors d'oeuvres were creative and delish. We came up with such a unique menu that went with our theme. We also rented linens and chairs from Bruce. One stop shopping. He's been in business for a long time and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a perfectionist and an expert. A real pleasure to work with too. I would use Bruce Silverlieb again without a doubt!“

“Let me paint this picture for you. 30 degrees, 20 mph winds.. I rushed out of work because I almost forgot to get that California burrito.. I don't even like California style burritos, but something about that short rib, and those fries, hit different. Hungry Nomads were packed up for the day, sitting in the front seat, heating up after a long cold shift. I strolled in late, praying for the best. They saw the disappointment on my face and blessed me with a burrito thicker than my forearm. That's real deal above and beyond customer service.. how can I rate a place 10 stars?“

“Mr. Petisco catered the welcome party for our wedding. Lais and her family answered all of our questions and gave us tons of options. They provided a great spread of food that came out delicious and were excellent finger foods for our guests. . Reasonably priced and delicious! (I'm still thinking about that cheesy bread)“

“I love this company!!!! They catered my engagement party and I could not recommend them more. Dario is amazing - responsive, accommodating, friendly, not to even mention how incredible the food is. The appetizers were the star of the show, but the desserts were fantastic too. They set up everything at the venue, and did cleanup as well. They were quick and efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, and every person on the staff was AWESOME. Not so secretly hoping they do weddings too🤭“
