“Cookie Monstah is an ice cream shop that originated from a food truck, now having roots across Massachusetts. This location is based out of Needham, located in a mini mall area right outside of the town center.

The staff are friendly and make orders quite quickly, even when it's close to closing time. The place is kept cleanly, and the atmosphere is nice and has a decent amount of seating outside.

The ice cream is pretty good. It's good in shake form or as regular ice cream, though the prices are a bit expensive. The flavors are pretty good though and it isn't too expensive. Definitely would recommend trying it if you're in the area.“

“We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.“

“Gorgeous shop, and they did take card for just one donut 🍩(other reviewer says they don’t ), but it was a LONG wait for one donut (maybe 15 min, and there were only three people. It wasn’t a long line).

Did not feel like a sustainable way to do a donut business to fry and dress the donuts for each customer on the spot.

They were tasty, but they did come in a tiny wax paper, which meant I couldn’t save it for a friend (which was my intent). The frosting smushed right into the wax paper. A paper bag would be better.

I note their sign about not supporting the proposed 2 lane road and removing the on street parking - I couldn’t agree more, the (very nice) atmosphere driving through Needham would be ruined by this proposal and I hope it fails.“
