And the portion sizes are great too. Their menu takes u from soups, wraps, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, salads and hot dishes. “I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

“I put in a last minute catering order, the online system has built in guardrails and I needed it faster. I called the store and they accommodated my needs graciously. When picking up the manager noticed my full hands and ran out behind me to ensure someone could open my car door to load the food. All in all a great choice for a team lunch!“

I'm vegan and limited options for me ( nothing on menu, but i can be creative, i go next door to the Big Y grocery superstore), however Family that are normal diet, love this deli place, top notch, wide selection, xtremely tasty.. service is speedy and the prep is great. There is a seating area.. however it's hustle and bustle, kinda like a diner atmosphere.. eat quik kinda place , during rush hours..

Vegetarian options: Being a vegan and not seeing menu prospects for me, I go next door to the Big Y super grocery store and put something together for myself.. my fam w normal diet choices, loves this tasty deli place..“

We got turkey and cheese with banana peppers and Ham and cheese with mustard and banana peppers. The cold cuts were sliced so thin it was delicious! And I got wheat bread and it was so fresh“

“I was travelling and stopped at the service centre on the highway/turnpike. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Rice and Grain Bowl. It had lots of chicken, with some veges, rice and bits of pineapple. “The words Good Food and Airport are generally an oxymoron. You can have airport and you can food. But, good airport food is tough to find. The Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Terminal C, at Logan, is an exception. They make excellent sandwiches, a very good Mac & Cheese and nice looking salads ... plus a soup that I can't attest to because I didn't try it. The key is their production technique: 1) A courteous, patient short order cook directly takes your order for the sandwich or your choice. There's no fancy electronics here. You tell him the sandwich or combination you want and he lays out the fixings on an fresh hero roll. 2) The sandwich is placed on a conveyor that takes it through an oven that toasts the bread and heats the meat. 3) You tell a second cook, after the oven, what cold condiments you'd (like lettuce, tomato & mayo) on the sandwich and wraps it. Potbelly has combos that are interesting, too. One is a Choose Two for just over $11. You get a half sandwich (really enough considering their regular sandwich is about 12" long) and then a choice of either their Chicken Pot Pie Soup or Mac & Cheese. For an airport this is a real deal. They provide well designed bags to take your meal onto the plane. What was interesting to me was that everything was thought through at 100%. The Mac & Cheese I had as a side must have been super hot when it was placed in the small container I took on board with me. An hour and a half after I ordered my sandwich & side the Mac & Cheese was still warm as I ate it on my plane. I highly recommend Potbelly (unless you're seriously on a diet.) The have full sized portions, great taste and a very reasonable price.“

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“
