A few other customers came in to order while I was waiting, and the manager was obviously a bit understaffed but so professional, apologizing for the wait to everyone, and helping to get the orders out as quickly as possible. “I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

Shoutout to Jay. One New Year’s Eve, I dropped $40 in the store. He found it, held onto it, and waited for me to come back so he could return it. That kind of honesty is rare and says everything about the people who run this place.

The staff is always friendly, respectful, and on point. You can genuinely feel the difference when you walk in. Great service, good energy, and people who actually care.

I'm vegan and limited options for me ( nothing on menu, but i can be creative, i go next door to the Big Y grocery superstore), however Family that are normal diet, love this deli place, top notch, wide selection, xtremely tasty.. service is speedy and the prep is great. There is a seating area.. however it's hustle and bustle, kinda like a diner atmosphere.. eat quik kinda place , during rush hours..

Vegetarian options: Being a vegan and not seeing menu prospects for me, I go next door to the Big Y super grocery store and put something together for myself.. my fam w normal diet choices, loves this tasty deli place..“

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“

Even with the crowd, she was smiling, calm, and managing everything so well. I’m eating half of my sub right now and just felt like writing this because her service really stood out. “Easily the best Subway sandwich I've ever had was made at this location on this past Saturday they gave us a deal without even asking for one and the staff members were extremely friendly and didn't even get annoyed or upset when asking for more toppings then they put on the sandwich originally. My main issue with Subway is when the person that makes the sandwich puts way too much sauce whatever the sauce may be on the sandwich at this location I asked for a light amount of sauce and they actually listened to me I would recommend this Subway to anybody that wants a Subway sandwich made right A+ for the team“

“On a friend's strong recommendation, I finally tried Subway, which I hadn't had in ages. My impression of Subway was that it was always cold, hard, and just plain white meal, but this time the experience was surprisingly good.

Tuna Sandwich: Subway in the US doesn't have salad egg fillings, so I had to order a pure tuna one (though the picture doesn't really show what the filling is... my bad). The bread was crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside after toasting, and the vegetables added a nice contrast; the tuna wasn't fishy or dry, and it was paired with extra cheddar cheese and pepper. The former added richness and flavor, while the latter removed any fishy taste and enhanced the aroma. Freshly made definitely tastes much better.

This place is in a small food court near Harvard Square; the shop isn't big, and there's only seating in the public area of ​​the square, so takeout would be more convenient.“
