“This review has been long overdue. I swear I’m an unpaid spokesperson for The Baker. I will tell someone about it anytime they will listen. The linguica cheese rolls are THE BEST. The dough they use paired with ground linguica and the perfect ratio of cheese HITS every time. Then they make the best cookies. I can’t say which is my favorite but I get one every time, rotating which flavors I get. Now for coffee — I am iced coffee year round. They make the best iced lattes. 🫶🏻🙏🏻 I personally get mocha and caramel in mine but they also have specials for flavors too. If you don’t like coffee, I highly recommend the teas! The honey peach mango is so good but the new salted cantaloupe tea is SO GOOD. TLDR: The Baker is absolutely fantastic and has something for everyone.”

“G's is the place to go for authentic Haitian food. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. They have a great little spot in the south end of New Bedford. My family and I will definitely be eating here more often.”

The main course was beautifully presented and delicious. The tender beef was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the fresh peppers and egg garnish. The accompanying rice was fluffy and perfectly seasoned, with just the right texture. The crispy chips on the side added a nice contrast and were clearly freshly made - golden and crunchy in all the right ways. For dessert, BoBos pudín 😍 I enjoyed a creamy, indulgent treat topped with generous crumbled Maria’s cookie pieces. It was the perfect sweet ending to a savory meal - light yet satisfying, with a lovely texture combination. The presentation of both dishes showed real care and attention to detail. Everything arrived at the table looking appetizing and well-plated. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. The overall atmosphere and service complemented the excellent food perfectly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality cuisine and a pleasant dining experience. “Stopped by last weekend for drinks and apps. This place did not disappoint! Drinks and food are both great, lots of drink choices. The atmosphere is really cool but best of all is the bartenders/ servers, our favorite is Chelsea!! She is so friendly, outgoing and right on point, we didn't ever have to wait for drinks. Chelsea keeps a good eye on her customers and comes over just before your drink is empty offering a new one. The establishment is great, but Chelsea keeps us coming back!! Hope you never lose her🤞”

We visited on the second day they were open and other than being busy, which was to be expected, you couldn’t tell it was only their second day. It’s obvious they hire well and train even better when it comes to the staff. From the front of house manager to the valet parking team, everyone was great. Drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was classy and tasteful. I felt like I was in Boston or Providence. Keep up the good work.”

“Thankful that our waitress was very familiar with the menu! I stepped out of my normal shell and decided to try the lobster ravioli - it was AMAZING!!!! Not too rich and the sauce was perfect! I'm not a huge fan of marinara sauce and that's why my hesitation but the creamy sauce was absolutely delightful! Thank you for the wonderful dinner for our large crowd! Staff were all super helpful and friendly!”

“A Hole in the Wall HOFer. Hazuki Kitchen has been quietly throwing down some of the most consistently good food in the entire city for a decade plus. I am guilty of overlooking them at times and forgetting how good it is. This is my reminder to not let that happen anymore.

One of the better sushi spots locally. There are other places that have similar quality but Hazuki has larger portions of seafood in their nigiri and sashimi. Fried rice is solid, unagi don and teriyaki salmon are very good.

Doesn’t look like much, I know, but they got it where it counts. Don’t sleep.”

“Charlies is not just a hot dog stand, the menu offers so much more. My husband and I wanted to try Charlie's after meeting Jamie one of the owners. He said we would not be disappointed and he was right. We both ordered combo meals ( cheeseburger and the chopped cheese) complete with signature seasoned fries and a coke (beverage options are on their menu). We walked away full and happy. We will absolutely be visiting again!!”

Place is an old-school family owned diner and I've been missing them, was a trip back to my childhood haunts in PA. You get them in your car and its hard not to eat 2 or more on your way home when they are hot like that!!! I buy a 2 dozen at a time and freeze them because they freeze perfectly, and defrost on your counter almost as good as when you bought them!”

The tamales were an easy yes, they were my first ever real tamale and I’m better for it now. We picked up a couple of grocery items we can’t find at our local store. AND LETS NOT FORGET THE CHICHARRONES! I guess I’ve never had a real one of those either because the difference is night and day, these are a serious treat!! Everything is very affordable and clean, even the bathroom. I’ll be back 100 percent”

“dropped in to try this place for breakfast. opted for the table 8 special 2 pancakes 2 bacon 2 sausage 2 eggs 2 toast homefries 11 bucks and well worth it. I'm kind of picky with breakfast potatoes and these were PERFECT crisp outside, soft inside and not overly seasoned or had a bunch of additional things in there. small on the inside and it was pretty busy but orders were filled quick and the staff were friendly and the place looked spotless. will absolutely return”

“i go to this wendys atleast once a week. as long as you are not going in the early morning or late at night it is usually good quality food. i usually get a couple of double stacks and some fries. i like and hate the AI they got taking orders. haven't gotten a bad order yet but if you ask it to summarize what you order it cant. somtimes it will at the very end of the order. i will say staff is usually good when i go sept yesterday when i asked for my card back after the women gave me my food and tried to close the window without my card. that women gave me one hell of a death stare just for asking for my credit card back.”

“Oh burger king never fails. Burger King always has such good food. The core part of their food is that the burgers that they have here are grilled. The grilled taste makes the burgers so much better than any other place. “Since it's the season of ice cream, I wanted to try some new ice cream flavors. Let's get this straight. I enjoy ice cream all year round, just not often. I went to McDonald's because they had a new Limited Edition S'more McFlurry, and I was not disappointed. The person who took my order was friendly, and the drive-through was quick and easy. The McFlurry had its usually creamy vanilla flavor and texture, but this new one had mini marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and Graham cracker. I enjoyed it thoroughly. If you like s'more and McFlurry, try before it's gone.”
