Only thing that bothered me from atmosphere was the acoustics. Difficult to hear people talk at the table.”

“Such good pizza! We started with a Caesar salad. And everyone looks forward to the Foxon Park ginger ale. So much that we bring some home. Delicious, fresh hot and the joint was jumping so we were glad to have a reservation.”

“We stopped in on the way home from the airport, and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere and food were awesome. I highly recommend the Mickey’s Chicken special and the red sangria which was a deep dark red- as sangria should be. Yum! My children loved our Irish waitress who Made them laugh and feel special. This restaurant is over an hour from where we live, but there is no doubt we will travel back often. Wonderful experience!”

Have driven by hundreds of times......not sure what I was thinking....it took figuring out that you can't get Alaskan King crab legs at Legal Seafoods to force me to try this place out. Took an order to go. A+ yes messy....very messy the middle Hot sauce was excellent and everywhere. Good fun. Shared as an appetizer and we all agree Good stuff. They have "All you can Eat" on Sat and Sun I believe for $30 so a great deal. We will try again. Tiny place maybe 10-12 tables so use OpenTable. I tried Boston they did not have anything for 3-4 days at 7pm. Also had a Brookline reservation. There are ~24 locations in 8-10 states.”

“We recently stayed in Newton for a mini vacation from Canada (visiting Boston). Every night of our stay we ate at this restaurant. I know, not overly adventurous but when the food is this good and the atmosphere is right, why bother looking? You won’t find better! We tried: - Pan seared chicken: AMAZING. - Fish and chips: when you live on the east coast it’s hard to get good fish and chips but these hit the mark! - Filet Mignon: Full of flavour and tender. - Steak Tips: Again, tender and full of flavour. - Risotto: Wonderfully strong mushroom flavour but yet offset with a field of flavours. - Scallops: Seared to perfection. - Short-rib Meatballs: Meat and cheese combo to die for. - Calamari: Another difficult one to get right and find fresh! This was one of my favourite with the dip and hot peppers. - Sirloin: Cooked to perfection, flavour was a hit and a good portion size, well worth the money. THE HOUSE SALAD: All I can say, EMAIL ME THE RECIPE FOR THE DRESSING!! This was the best item for me on the menu. Fresh, simple and full of flavour. I got it with every meal. So to recap: 10/10”

“We come to Blackers almost every Sunday for muffins, scones, cupcakes, and/or rugelach. We have nut and dairy allergies in our family, so we love that we can feel 100% safe here. Today, I got their Maple Oat Scone snd it was delicious! We’ve also gotten a couple of beautifully decorated birthday cakes! The staff are always friendly and the quality of everything has been top-notch. Highly recommend!”

Parking: There’s a paid parking lot right next to it, but the parking meter didn’t work. We parked without paying but nothing bad happened on a weekend day.”

“Wow! I cannot use enough superlatives to express how ridiculously delicious their baked goods are!

All ingredients are REAL, and their banana cream pie was perfection: real banan chunks, the best pudding-filling ever, and real whipped cream, with real dark chocolate shavings and a real crusts. Phenomenal!!!!

I also got a few treats for friends.

The bakery isn’t open late, so you do have to make a point to go, but it is worth it!!!

“This place is amazing! I love all the toppings that you could put on your yogurt. I really like cookie Monster watermelon swirl with cereal, butterscotch, and sour crawlers on top. I sometimes add flakes of coconut for extra fun. I really thought that the cashier named Thalia was so nice, friendly and welcoming. I think all the people complaining that they didn't have enough $ need to lighten up on the amount of yogurt they take. And not blame the owner for wanting to properly run a business.”

Since the food came out promptly, the slaw on the slider did not seep into the bun so it was not soggy at all. The fries are also great, whatever seasoning they put on really does a great job. The workers are super friendly. The facility is much cleaner than other restaurant chains I've been at. Overall 10/10 experience for me. Would recommend the place and food to other people.”

Two rice boxes came as sides
The seating is quite limited ah still we were able to go to the nearby concert park area and sit on a bench to share a meal. The food was delicious! You typically order via the kiosk and the food comes out at just the right temperature to warm you up even while eating outside on a moderately cold day.

The service was kind! The staff did try to find a spot for us - but we decided to eat outside so that we had a wider seating arrangement.

The food is made quickly and with care.
