“Buon Natale! A taste of Italy in Providence. I have been around for a bit and have never had such a wonderful dining experience as I did last night on Christmas Eve at Dolce & Salato. From the warm welcome to the fond farewell Chef Amando and family made you feel as you were an honor guest in their home. I could go on about every course of the 5 courses perfectly wine paired, unless partake in this personalize meal there are no words to describe what your taste buds savoring. In closing, now retired from hospitality I was once told by a Chef long ago, If I as a chef is requested to greet a table, it is only proper that I touch every table, so everyone feels welcomed. “We stopped here before a concert at Xfinity. Really some of the best food I’ve ever had! We had the margherita pizza, crispy eggplant—so good we got another order—and the bruschetta. Chicken and waffles and Corner Beef Hash and eggs! Very yummy! The fry on the chicken was light yet crispy. The chicken was so tender it fell apart. The menu has all your brunch favorites like blueberry pancakes and Benedicts. There is also a full brunch bar offering Mimosa flights and espresso martini flights! Daniela was an extraordinary server who while handling a large party was also able to keep check on us without any delays.
