“Ordered on the app went in and waited which is fine but when you order in the app and request cream in a coffee and I check it and it was black the person behind the counter when I said something puts a drop in the coffee and I said no I need more she dumps the coffee and doesn't make a new one and then adds more and it tastes horrible. “Stopped by to get a coffee and an order of Advacado toast. Went through the drive threw. The staff is very quick and friendly. This is one of the best Dunkins I have been. I've been on vacation in the white mountains, and they are not even close to this Dunkins. Kudos to you guys.“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops (in 49 states) and this one here is top 3 in the country in my opinion. It doesn’t have a seating area which Is fine with me because it’s set up for speed. Its a rather quick process, stepping up to the line, ordering QUALITY coffee AND food at a respectable price and getting ata there! The people are quick and polite. It’s a good vibe in there.“

“Whenever I pick up an order, the people who work here make my day. I tell my friends and family stories about how kind and courteous the staff are. I leave wanting to be a nicer person after like, a four-second interaction. 🥹🤣 The bowls and smoothies are superb too, don't get me wrong! Nothing beats the freshness and variety here. But if I'm honest, it's the precious doses of pleasant human contact that keep me coming back as often as I do. Workers of their caliber are truly priceless. Kudos and thanks to the team!

“Stopped in on a whim after driving by. Small but cute inside with the nicest staff! There were tables to sit at if you wanted to it in. They have many bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. I went with a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fluffy and soft, easy to bite into or tear apart. The flavor was perfect - the cheddar wasn’t overpowering and the jalapeño was just the right amount. The cream cheese packed a punch, but that was exactly what I was looking for! Every bite was delicious! This place is the real deal. Stop getting your bagels from the big name places and visit this cute local bagel shop. I’ll be sure to stop in again!“

The costumer service is amazing, the coffee is delicious, and since we live in Pelham, they deliver to our house (same day!). “1 star for my significant other for getting me hooked on aroma joes, 5 stars for this aroma joes. The drinks are always made how we like them and the few times we get food in the morning it’s always been hot and good! I specifically want to give a shout out to your barista Grace on Saturday morning this past weekend. It was 6:30 ish in the morning on a day that we both knew was going to be taxing and awful, filled with sadness still bleeding over from the week before, but when we got our drinks and food we opened up our bag to something completely unexpected. Such a warm heartfelt note that over the next 500 miles we drove on Saturday, we couldn’t stop talking about it. It now lives in my car right next to the picture of my partner and our pup cup obsessed pooch. Grace, thank you for the kind words, you had no idea what you single handedly did to help lift our spirits even just a little!“

“I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. “This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved.This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide.
