“Everything I tried was completely delicious - tom yum, curry massaman, and mango sticky rice. The curry comes loaded with vegetables and with whichever protein you choose. All portions were really sizable and lasted me 2+ meals! I will be returning for takeout 😋🥭 there is no seating but the atmosphere is still cozy while you wait to pick up food. They are fast and very kind!“

“Best Thai dishes ever! We ordered three appetizers and three dishes. We had roti massaman ,fresh rolls , crab Rangoon !
For our meals, we had had pad woon sen with chicken , pineapple fried rice ,pad see ew!
They were all fabulous.

The service was spectacular. It’s a very clean large restaurant. We had Thai tea delicious not too sweet at all.
Plenty of parking. The restaurant is off the beaten path so it’s rare that you have to wait for a seat . Like a hidden gem .
Once you visit, you’ll definitely come back . Reasonably priced dishes.“

“My bestie and I frequent Thai Boo Cuisine. We've been going there for Sunday lunch for ~2 years now. The food is phenomenal. Always fresh and delicious. Generous portions on main entrees. Appetizers are delicious too. Highly recommend the Thai Basil rice with chicken and their Pad Thai with shrimp. Our server, Miguel is amazingly kind and displays genuine friendliness and just the right amount of attentiveness. The restaurant is small, but open with tables by the window. 'Spic-n-Span' clean. “We made reservations online for the Omaska. It was $300 which broke down to $120 per person with tip and tax. The tables were perfectly space out. They gave us a 2 hour limit which was enough time for the 12 course Omaska. Presentation on everything was amazing. Each course was fresh and delicious in their own way. It was hard to hear the man over his mask so I couldn't get any names. We had uni, tuna belly, scallops, and more. All the Courses were small but packed with favor. You can take there was attention to detail in the ingredients and presentation. Definitely, worth the money was a special event like a birthday. Would definitely come back“

“Came in on time but my friends and the bday girl were extremely late. They received me kindly despite being super busy. Made sure I was ok, repeatedly asked me if I wanted something to drink. They had every reason de be annoyed but were able to serve us a refreshing and delicious lemonade, delicious appetizers and food and even sung happy birthday with a candle lit mango sticky rice at the end for our guest of honor. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and quiet , the food is delicious and the staff is super nice. I will definitely go again ! 🫶“

“Somtum is my family's favorite place for takeout when we want to treat ourselves. My husband and I went to Thailand on our honeymoon, and every time we order from here, it takes us back. He's a regular with green curry or drunken noodles. I love the Tom Kha coconut soup and the Larb salad. My kids don't like spice but they love the crispy pad thai. Don't sleep on the Thai iced tea- it should come with a warning label, because it's addictive.“

They were shrimpy on the shrimp only giving 4, as pictured. Nevertheless, the food was absolutely delicious and the sauce was the perfect amount. I will get this again. “I just walked in for a late lunch-- pad see ew with beef. It was excellent, with a nice char on the meat. Besides great flavor, I like that they used mustard greens as the vegetable. Some other restaurants will put broccoli or other greens in the dish, but the mustard greens to me are the best contrast to the sweet/savory sauce.

Kook (one of the owners) was absolutely lovely and it was fun to talk to her. I'm going to encourage all my friends to go to Kapow!“

“I always went to Lemon Thai in Wellesley unaware there was another Thai hidden gem in the area. Once Lemon Thai closed down, I found this Thai resturant and gave it a try and think I found a new go to! Their Siam Fried Rice, Pad Thai and Tom Yom Soup is flavorful. I would definately recommend people to try this place for a good fix!“

“Came for lunch, we were instantly sat and greeted with water. Our server was prompt and very kind. We got Crab Rangoons and Country Padtie and both came out hot and full of flavor. The prices were inexpensive for the quality of food and service we received. Definitely check it out for lunch!“

“So I noticed that Newton has a restaurant called Coconut Cafe, and I thought it would be funny to get a picture of a Lime Bike inside the front door, because “you put the Lime in the Coconut” and all that, so I went over there today, and the place turns out to be pretty nice and I was already feeling like this wouldn’t be a particularly polite (or funny) joke, but anyway the closest Lime Bike I could find was about a block away, and when I tried picking it up to bring it over to Coconut Cafe to maybe get a “put the lime *by* the coconut” photo instead, the bike started talking to me, saying “PLEASE PAY ME A DOLLAR AND YOU CAN RIDE ME! PLEASE PUT ME DOWN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! THIS IS YOUR SECOND WARNING, I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE.” and I decided that this stupid joke wasn’t worth getting arrested for and at that point I was too annoyed to pay the dollar to unlock the bike to ride it a grand total of about 30 feet for a joke photo that the owner of the shop would justifiably get mad at me for anyway, so I left the bike there and just had lunch instead (Bangkok-style veggie pad thai, they told me it would take 15 minutes but then it was ready in about 1.5 minutes, so that was nice) and it was delicious. “Beautiful dining room. I ordered take out this evening using the Toast App. I mistakenly added a $500 tip instead of a $5 tip because the order went through too fast. I called and explained what happened. The manager called me right back and assured me that he would fix it before closing out. He was so kind, even though they were busy. The food was excellent and the waitress was so kind in packing one dish separately due to a peanut allergy. We will definitely be frequent flyers here.“

“Tiny hole in the wall. They primarily do takeout. There are two tables that seat a total of 6 and four chairs for people waiting for their order. The food was pretty good and came quickly. There is NO air conditioning.

Parking: On street parking, but it's free. It's on a heavily travelled street, so you may have a hard time finding a spot.“

“By far the best chinese around. They blow away China Town a million times over. Always fresh, always frinedly and never experencied anything but fresh food here. This is the type of place where you know what you pay for is top quality and they are always open. Ming she is so friendly and happy the hospitality here is top notch. Please don't ever leave we love your food. The delivery is very fresh always shows up piping hot. Yummy.“
