We had over 190 guests and not once did it ever feel overwhelming — they handled every detail flawlessly and with such professionalism. I should have gone with my gut and ordered my usual fried chicken sandwich instead of the Lobster Roll, which was a ($38.00) Lunch Special. I was speechless when our server(amazing Jordan) brought it out. It was a mealy, measly serving of lobster meat on a limp roll, with no lettuce to hold it together. And it tasted bland. “Tonight, we spontaneously explored Ella’s Wood Fired Kitchen in Wareham, and I'm thrilled we did. Despite having no reservation, we were promptly seated in a cozy corner near the bar. Our server quickly attended to us, delivering refreshing waters and delightful traditional mules. The highlight was the special pomegranate margarita with reposado and pomegranate simple syrup – truly amazing. For starters, we indulged in fried pork ribs, a Caesar salad with exceptional homemade croutons that had a cheese filling and focaccia with garlic Parmesan oil dip. The generous slices of focaccia were a personal favorite and very easy to pull apart. Moving on to the main course, we savored Chicken Parm, TAGLIATELLE bolognese, the house special surf & turf with scallops, and the WOOD GRILLED NY STRIP OR 6 OZ. FILET MIGNON with smashed fingerlings, roasted onion, shishito peppers, horseradish crema, and chimichurri. The in-house-made pasta added a delightful touch, and the rave reviews for the special surf and turf almost led to a second helping. Unable to resist, we took home pizzas – margarita, three cheese pepperoni, and sausage ricotta. For dessert, we all enjoyed a pistachio toffee cake in a mason jar with pistachio gelato and dulce de leche sauce. The entire meal was a delight, and our server's kindness and excellent recommendations enhanced the experience. We're eagerly looking forward to returning, perhaps opting for seats at the bar next time. “We had our office Christmas dinner/celebration last evening. We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the server was very pleasant and patient as we were a larger group. I highly recommend the Atlantic Bistro.“

“My daughter loves the gold fever wings so I decided to bring her to 99 in wareham, it’s the only 99 we go to. We had another great experience! The staff is by far the best around, definitely the A team on today. We walked in and right away Nancy greeted us and sat us down right away, she came back a few times to check in on us as she was constantly moving, running food, hosting, seating, and helping out wherever she could. I’m pretty sure she’s the manager, if not should be. Great work ethic and outgoing personality. Our waitress Lynn who is also a bartender was fantastic! Polite, professional, and great personality, exactly the experience your looking for when your spending money to dine out. She was basically doing 2 jobs and must have checked on us 4-5 times, she was outstanding. There was another woman who brought our food, she was amazing, even my daughter commented how nice she was when she walked away. I usually don’t write reviews but when I left the restaurant I was even saying to myself what great dinner experience I just had and wanted to put it out there. “Pretty awesome little stop. Got two fish and chips. The gentleman working there was pleasant and funny, like that quirky uncle you only see once a year at Thanksgiving.
Fish was cooked perfect, xtra thick filet, i didnt ask but i think it was cod, generous portion of fries.
Will be back to try out more of the menu and shakes.

“I loved the food, but if you say your dog friendly then actually be considerate if a dog barks once or twice. I was told I would have to leave if my dog barks again (only barked once because he got excited about food and being in a new place). Just my opinion, but if you list yourself as a dog friendly place then you should expect not all dogs are just going to sit still and not bark or move around a bit. Dogs aren’t made to just sit still. I would love to come back as long as they don’t complain about me bringing my dog.“

“We had a fantastic dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse in Wareham! I ordered the 12oz ribeye with double sweet potatoes, and every bite was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband got the 20oz bone-in ribeye, which was juicy and tender, and our son enjoyed the kid’s sirloin—also cooked just right!

The steaks were seriously delicious, and the sweet potatoes were soft and sweet with just the right seasoning. I also ordered a mango margarita and was pleasantly surprised when it came with a shaker—enough for two full drinks! It was refreshing and the perfect touch to a great meal.

The service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Definitely worth the short drive—we’ll be back for another steak night soon!“

“Quahog Republic Waterfront Eatery in Onset, MA is now our top choice for seafood! Don't miss their signature Bloody Mary made with in-house mix. The raw platter, clam chowder with a stuffie, seafood bake, almond & cornflakes crusted haddock, & hot dog were all incredibly flavorful. Excellent service from Felicia too! We loved our dinner experience so much we went back the following day. The Bloody crafted by Salina was a highlight, paired with a pickle shot and pickle martini. Our meal began with chips & salsa, then a hot dog, cubano sandwich, and finished with a gigantic lobster roll - everything tasted great.“

Many trips with ed jr down the cape and he has always had a passion for cooking and we had many conversations about it on our trips back n forth from the cape!
