“I am a regular at Dippins. Traffic can be crazy on weekend but always worth the wait. The food has been delicious and is always fresh. The donuts, specifically the blueberry cake and cherry cola are a family favorite in our house. When there are issues they are typically very apologetic and quick to fix. The employees are always very kind and accurate. There is one woman by the name of Jen who is very rude and has a crappy attitude. Rushes through your order, seems to hate her job and has not smiled once when I have gone through there. Everyone else is kind and provides great service!“

Parking lot was crowded, some spots aren't available due to another business having special parking. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday, place wasn't packed at all. Some available seating both inside and outside. Cute interior decor. Service was nice and brief. Got an iced tiramisu latte and it came out fast. It was a good experience!“

I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! “It’s a roastery so no wonder why the coffee tastes so good here. I had an oat vanilla latte an it made my day. The taste of the coffee is the strongest and then vanilla and oat milk hits later. The only thing I didn’t like it their plastic cups. They should have their brand’s name on the cups and have better straws (maybe paper straws to help the environment). And tables were not clean but there were only two girls working and the line of customers was long so it’s understandable.“

“I found Nicole when struggling to find a stylist who did curly hair for my then 3 year old daughter. I loved her natural approach and vibe and use her for myself as well. My daughter is now 6, Nicole is her favorite "hair doctor" to go to visit and chat with like a big girl. You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?

Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?“

“Ok, we all know DD is the go to place for a good cup of coffee, however what people never talk about is: there is absolutely no consistency between each and every DD, I mean each one, as far as their coffee goes, it's either bad, decent or incredibly good. And to put a spin on this: depending who's making the coffee that day. In other words one day a given location will be great, the next day, not so great. That's why DD didn't earn 5 stars, to me. Forget Starbuick ( play on the name) their coffee is not worth the outrageous amount of money, seriously what is their cups lined with gold? Anyway, DD is my go to place, good coffee at affordable price. However, what's up with the donuts, are they smaller or am I hallucinating?
