“Emailed a rough basic idea for a custom birthday cake for a surprise party. Did not see it prior to picking up and we could not have been more impressed. The cake was gorgeous and the pricing was amazing. We had half chocolate cake and half yellow cake. All the guests raved about how great the cake was. Thank you again!!! Could not recommend enough.“

“Absolutely the best latte I have ever had. Love all the pastries but am partial to the brownies. Obsessed might be a better word.. sooo good. Have ordered some cakes and they were above and beyond any other bakery around. Actually I try to stay away from Keegan’s but I have not been successful! Absolutely must try this shop.“

“My granddaughters give five stars on their breakfast sandwiches and banana bread!“

“Amazing Birthday Cake! So delicious and the frosting was incredible too!“

“Wow! Not only were these DELICIOUS but they were the perfect balance of cake, filling and frosting. Too many times cake pops are so sweet that you can FEEL your body reacting. These were like perfect slices of cake with just the right amount of everything. And they tasted SO fresh - like made-that-morning fresh! Even after a couple of days in the fridge they were still just as delicious as the first day. Even the packaging was on point - lovely enough to be giftable but not so decorated that it could not seamlessly fit into an ensemble. Cole's Cake Pops is going on my go-to list for fun, thoughtful gifts to send. Even if we sometimes just gift ourselves!“

“It was great“

“The service and the food is always top notch, I've never been disappointed with the wait staff and the food. I've actually been eating in this place off and on for 50 years. I remember eating there in the mid 1970s when I was a Carpenters helper.“

“I received so many compliments on our cake we ordered from Piece of Cake! The decorations were beautiful as well! Would definitely recommend and use again!“

“We were really happy with our wedding cake from Guilty Bakery! They were easy to work with and helpful in bringing our vision to life. They paid close attention to the details, and the final cake looked beautiful and tasted great. We chose two flavors—Lemon Berry and Carrot Cake—and both were a hit with our guests. Overall, a great experience and choice for wedding cakes!“

“Wonderful management, staff, and bakery items. Highly recommend trying the sandwiches that they offer and incredible desserts. Now people can order on line and it will be ready, no more long lines, what a nice change!“

“Couldn't recommend the farm more! Best Chocolate Milk i have ever had in my entire life, and ice cream is second to none.“

“Had a great breakfast recently and the pastry and coffee was amazing, highly recommend stopping by“

“There was a miscommunication about the bakery's hours, and I genuinely thought we were going to be without our Easter order. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. If you're looking for a bakery that not only delivers incredible baked goods but also treats their customers like family, look no further. Emily and John, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are customers for life!“

“Best muffins I have ever had. Seriously, all the flavors are top tier - But the blueberry has a special place in my heart. Next, I'm a decaf drinker due to health reasons.. I find that oftentimes, decaf coffee can kind of be an afterthought at some coffee shops. I really appreciate the excellent quality of the fresh decaf grounds here. The very rustic, grandma's home kitchen feel is also part of the old school charm. This place deserves all your business.“

“Very friendly staff. The coffee and bagels are both excellent. I highly recommend “The Works” bagel. Will return every time I am in the area.“

“I ordered a cake for my daughter’s “baby is brewing” themed shower. I gave them the invitation to see what I wanted and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was moist, delicious and perfectly decorated! Thank you!“

“Sometimes a healthy snack is a boring snack. NOT SO with Boxford Bakehouse granola! Fresh all-natural ingredients are crafted into a crunchy and delicious granola that is packed with texture and flavor. Somehow they've managed to preserve the crunch without the use of any added oils. I've had each of these versions and can recommend them all. My personal favorite was the muselli.“

“Great place great food great prices“

“I am a regular for sandwiches, salads and breakfast. They are the best around and staff is great, always willing to make me my salad when not stocked in the case!“

“A nice dining experience with very personable wait staff! Great friendly service and “gourmet” quality food.“

“Very friendly staff. The coffee and bagels are both excellent. I highly recommend “The Works” bagel. Will return every time I am in the area.“

“Always excellent quality love their food thank you“

“Outstanding breakfast, fast cooks, delicious muffins. My family of 5 came in from Hanover MA, definitely worth it...We had an amazing young man named Jackson get our drinks, very pleased with our server named Taite. Would 100% recommend again, I will be coming back.“

“First time here it won’t be the last everybody was so friendly. We got there early, so there was not a long line. The blueberry scone was amazing. I forgot to take a picture, but I was so excited that they literally could make any flavor cold foam for my cold brew coffee thank you for the beautiful views. There was a line out the door by the time I was leaving which was 930 on a Sunday morning.“

“We had such a wonderful experience with Montilio's. During the planning process, we were having a difficult time getting responses from vendors due to being out of town, but they stood out immediately by being responsive, timely, and easy to communicate with. They not only answered quickly, but also took the time to understand our vision and executed a unique cake design that felt personal to us. The final result was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. Everything was smooth, reliable, and stress-free something that meant a lot during wedding planning. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend them!“
