“I kept hesitating on whether I wanted to try Jersey Mike's and today I decided to stop in. I was greeted with a warm welcome. We chatted and I placed my order for a Philly cheese steak (kahuna) on rosemary ...sub. It was "Delicious". I was not disappointed. I was tempted to eat the whole sub but my conscience wouldn't allow me, so i shared half with hubby. I definitely will make this my spot for hot subs!!“

“I have been going to various Subway sandwich shop on and off for years. This is the first time I went during an off peak period and got to chat a bit with the server. He was very personable and make me a top notch sandwich and as always the sandwich was perfect for me.

Food is consistent but service is what sets this particular visit great.“

“Shantay and the staff were absolutely phenomenal! I always used to order a Large #9 in a pocket and I was told in Weymouth they couldn't do that for me the manager was very rude. She told me they were new pockets and they would fall apart. Then when I went to Brockton and they told me that the new pockets were better pockets and they wouldn't fall apart. I don't know, but all I know is the two other times I had it at the D'Angelo's Store in Dedham they were great as well and Janet the store manager made them for me and they fit fine in the pockets didn't rip. Thankfully they did this for me in Brockton too and it's my favorite lunch sandwich in the world and they were absolutely phenomenal about it! “I’ve seen quite a couple videos of this place online, and I’ve been dying to try it. It was worth all the rave!!! The owner was so friendly, the place was clean, and the food delicious. I got a potato off the specials menu which was the deags famous bowl (after the kfc bowl) the chicken was so crispy, gravy delicious. My only complaint was the fact that I didn’t have a spoon bigger to shovel my food in faster!! Can’t wait to go back.“

I got the turkey and provolone on Italian herb bread, and the portions were unreal. They didn’t skimp on a single ingredient — the turkey was piled high, thick-cut, and clearly high quality, not the paper-thin stuff you get elsewhere. The veggies were crisp and obviously fresh (the lettuce actually crunched, the tomatoes were ripe, not mealy), and the banana peppers had just the right amount of tang without overpowering everything else.

What really set it apart was the attention to detail: the sandwich was toasted to golden perfection, cheese melted evenly edge to edge, and they layered the condiments so every single bite had the perfect ratio — none of that “all the sauce at one end” problem you get at chain spots.

The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly took pride in their work — they asked thoughtful questions about how I wanted things prepared instead of just rushing through the order. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a craft.

“I ordered the Big Burger and Strawberry Love shake and they were delicious. Staff member behind the counter was very helpful. I ordered from the app and had a little trouble getting to the payment screen and staff member showed me how. Food was prepared quickly and was hot. I noticed another customer didn't want to use the tablet to order and staff member took her order at the register. I read other reviews criticizing everything I found perfect. Got to the register and a young man asked if I was ok.....and I said no....I felt a little dizzy but I didn't want him to worry but my husband explained to him that I'm going through chemo and he said stay strong and positive...

“Establishment has a deli, for phone-in and take-out orders. KENO is on premises, as are two counters w/seating, for extended play. Establishment is NOT an 'eat-in' restaurant, per se. However, there arw benches outside, as well as one picnic table, if one wishes to stay, sit, and eat one's sandwich(es).“
