Vegetarian options: Every category of food and drinks has a other option for vegetarians, for example Dunkin added soy meat to replace sausage in sandwiches and wraps, chive onion cream cheese, even have a avocado drink for heavens SAKE.! ?
Parking: In my experience every dunks' has at least 20 parking spots,if they don't have an open one , DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!
Kid-friendliness: The employees at the Dunkin donuts at Joe's market, mobile gas station, on squire Rd make the atmosphere in this establishment very inviting to all age groups especially kids. They hand out free donuts, munchkins, drinks etc... To make them feel welcome and the parents love it because they probably don't have to pay for it. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! OBVIOUSLY IT'S PROBABLY A NECESSITY FOR THE AVERAGE JOE, BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT HAS TO DRIVE OR PULL A DOUBLE SHIFT FOR 15 HOURS DAILY, AM I RIGHT?? I KNOW BECAUSE I AM THAT AVERAGE JOE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT PULLS 12-15 HOURS 6 DAYS A WEEK.
Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for. WHAT A GREAT COUNTRY AMERICA IS TODAY!! ????????“

The workers are fabulous ??The only negative thing I could say is that if u have a large order you should go to a main D&D's location.Idiots come in and order a million sandwiches and drinks for an Army.They are not equipped to handle this. But people are stupid and do it anyway. They only have 2 or 3 people max working a shift.It's part of a gas station ⛽️ so if u have a large order you should go to a main location site.This is a way to get something quick on the run. Not buy breakfast for your entire workforce.Because you can have a line of people waiting and it takes time for them to make large orders. If they don't have the help you're gonna wait. Possibly a long time.This is an honest answer and review.“
“This place is great, there trained right although there are always different employees there trained the right way. There polite, there fast, and you get what you ordered most of the time i always say check before tou drive away but that is everywhere I usually only go thru at night so I am not sure how they are under pressure. They are also very clean inside...“
“Let's not kid ourselves here it's just Dunks, but the service is always great. It's definitely my favorite one in the area. There are 2 others closer to my house, but I'm here most days because they never get my order wrong, and even when there's a line at the drive thru it moves; unlike the alternative location.“
“I come here almost every day because I live very close by. There is one man that works there I forget his name - great personality & always working hard - I unfortunately can not say that for the other employees. Good selection of donuts and food. My favorite drink is the chai which is upsetting because lots of times they won’t have it in stock & I’m pregnant so I’m trying to lower my caffeine intake. Some kind suggestions (coming from a former DD manager from some time ago lol) : spend more time training your employees especially front counter & make sure to give them the time to do the virtual training as well. It’s helpful and will make a difference with timing and understanding how to make drinks correctly while making sure machines are also calibrated. The front line will go a lot smoother. And just making sure to order enough product vs. what you know sells at your store along with the necessities like napkins, it stinks when there’s no napkins in the whole building and employees have to give out paper towel pieces. Other than that I always have a great drink and food overall - I’m pretty patient lol“
