Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. “First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

He had menu selection google meet up w/me prior to my husband's birthday surprise as well as a kitchen walk through to make sure I had all the necessary equipment. Anything I did not have, he offered to bring. The food was delicious, each course built on one another and left us wanting more. Anything we did not eat was packaged up so there was no food waste, which I really appreciated. Leftovers heated up nicely as well. What I loved about this was it was a total surprise to my husband and he kept saying how he never would have gotten this experience and felt this special in a restaurant. Chef Jason made that happen. For the quality of food and professionalism, I thought the price tag was fair and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this experience and loved working with Chef J! I hope to book another dinner with him in the future!

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. The food was unique, gorgeous, and most importantly, absolutely delicious! “Hostess catering provided the food at our son’s (and soon to be daughter in law) engagement party for 125 people.  We had a special menu featuring various hot and cold appetizers followed by bufffet dinner featuring 3 ethnicities: Indian, Italian, and Mediterranean.  Everybody, including the Indian guests, raved about the Indian food.  Greek guests and everyone else loved the Mediterranean food.  Everybody was thrilled with the Italian food.  Our experience with Donna and her team was exceptional at every touch point-Planning, presentation and labeling of the foods, service, food quality, and cleanup.  Absolutely exceptional caterer!“

“Because the majority of their food, dressings, sauces, etc are made in-house and taste incredible. You pay a little more for some of their items but it is definitely worth every penny. And the portion sizes are great too. Their menu takes u from soups, wraps, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, salads and hot dishes. The staff are extremely helpful in tweaking an item to fit your needs. James Beard award I’m sure will be coming soon.“

“Why does Mary have so few reviews?? She's INCREDIBLE. She was our wedding venue's recommended caterer and she did not disappoint. EVERYONE complimented the food. She worked with my fiancé and I to create a complex customized wedding buffet menu - we needed a gluten free table and a separate dairy free table, we wanted our wedding to be a formal tea party and needed all the food to match that theme, etc. She was great about staying in contact and immediately replying whenever I had a question; she also brought a bride platter for me while I was getting ready (she was right - the bride doesn't have time to eat!) that had deviled eggs, which weren't even part of our menu but she remembered me saying I loved so she made them for me. If I ever have another event in Salem, I'm definitely contacting her.“
