This is their only US location, but they are all over Europe and the Middle East, and they make coffee exactly the way you’d have it in Europe. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This is one in a million. Fantastic breakfast, too!“

“Went to try out Crave Cafe today and the town had lost power after we ordered. The staff were absolutely amazing with handling the situation. We were able to get a refund on the one thing they couldn’t make without power and they got us out the other food very quickly. I definitely recommend stopping and checking out this cute cafe! It's cute&clearly very popular during weekday lunch, on a pedestrian only street with potential but... of the 5 sandwiches 2 were very bland, the tuna wasn't warm or cheese melted, but one was good my son said, & one was the smallest pb&j my 6y had ever seen! My mom got the sweet potato bowl & it was small& disappointing in flavor. Slow for lunch due to the order ahead option we didn't know about...Parking: Google sent us to wrong front entrance, have to use entrance on pedestrian street“

“This is a great place for meeting for coffee or checking out local music, poetry and art. I've been coming regularly to the Friday night performances and they make sure to support local artists and musicians, which is so hard to come by these days. They also support budding talent - also hard to come by! I recommend the espresso, breakfast sandwiches, and the rum punch ?“

“Since I live in the area I have not stayed at the Inn, but the cafe definitely prompted me to write a review. WOW is all I can say. I got the Old Mill Breakfast sandwich and I can without hesitation say it's the best sandwich I have ever had! The biscuit is without a doubt the most buttery delicious biscuit you can come by and I crave them allll the time now. I also had a latte and their coffee is so delicious and smooth and tasty. “Auntie Cathie’s is an absolute gem. A gluten free persons paradise, I have not had one thing that isn’t absolutely delicious. Gluten free food is usually horrible and bland but not here, they make everything with love and it’s outstanding. Such kind people every time I stop in, thank you for doing that you do!!“

A big breakfast sandwich and a large iced latte were less than $10!If you are visiting downtown Springfield this is the place to grab a bite. “Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“

It amazed me at the level of customer service he provided during our initial call. The great customer service didn’t stop with him. Krystal handled the next few steps in the ordering and delivery process. Not only was Krystal polite and easy to work with, she was kind and patient. The food was nothing short of delicious. However, the taste of the food is only half of the battle. The other half is how you treat your customers. “Stopped in for coffee and drinks-cool cocktail menu and wonderful lattes and cappuccino. So good I went back for take out later in the week vs Starbucks. Nice couches for sitting w friends or at the modern bar. It’s in the same building as a dispensary so a little hard to find, but worth it. I think it is also the only place for drinks on that part of town.“
