“I’ve been recuperating from a hospital stay and family was visiting from out of town. We ordered our Sunday dinner from Paisano’s - chicken piccata, fettuccine with chicken, tortellini dish, etc. Everything we ordered was done to perfection. Delivery was friendly and my only regret is that I under-tipped, but I took care of that the next day. Sorry Marvin!“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. “I hosted a dinner party after my daughter's graduation on May 2nd. I had met with the owner, Lyndsay, in advance and saw the private upstairs area. There were 14 of us and that private space is lovely. The food was exceptional! The salads, entrees, appetizers and desserts were so good and everyone was very impressed. The cocktails were delicious. None of us had eaten there before and I wanted someplace new and different. Everything about the evening was perfect and Lyndsay went out of her make to make sure I was satisfied with the entire event. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Osteria. He introduced himself with the grace of a Broadway performer and the sincerity of a man who truly understands the weight of unlimited salad. “Hi, I’m Serj, I’ll be taking care of you today.” Taking care of me? Friend, Serj didn’t just take care of me. He shepherded me through a culinary odyssey.

When I asked for extra breadsticks, he didn’t just bring them—he presented them, like a knight returning from battle with treasure for his king. When I inquired about the difference between the Tour of Italy and the Chicken Alfredo, Serj’s explanation was so detailed, I felt like I had just attended a TED Talk on pasta-based decision-making. He gestured with such passion toward the menu, I half expected him to pull out a laser pointer and pie charts.

At one point, I dropped my fork. Before it even hit the floor, Serj materialized with a replacement, as though he had foreseen this in a prophetic vision earlier that morning. Yet Serj, with the persuasive power of a seasoned diplomat, described the Warm Italian Doughnut's with such poetic elegance that I found myself ordering one. Reader, I devoured it, tears of joy streaming down my face, while Serj nodded knowingly in the background, like a mentor watching his pupil achieve greatness.

In conclusion, Serj is not a waiter. He is an experience. A legend. A national treasure. If Olive Garden ever creates a Hall of Fame, Serj’s apron should be the first item enshrined within.

“So i been living in the 413 all my life and in the westside/agawam area the last 4 years and while i heard of eb's i never took the time to stop in...lately felt i been missing out so i stopped in one day and ordered the red hot ranch wings and i was in heaven....ordered again the next week and got 5 red hot ranch wings again and the gold wings and, yeah, yiu just gotta be there....as much as i love my wings from christophers and wings over, it didn't take me long to realize why eb's is at the top for what they do Their portions and wide range of flavors are just different and they do literally everything in house, also very nice people.....will go again most definitely and all i gotta say is that whatever you get will be made with love and its just different“

“I’m an over the road semi truck driver stopped by for parking and decided to grab food. I ordered a veggie pizza. Can’t tell you the two young girls name that took my order but they were super nice and super friendly. I really enjoyed the service my pizza was ready in no time. As you can see the pizza looked great and the fact they have semi truck parking in the back was a plus. Would I recommend the food yes!!! The have a nice menu they also have cheese cake and a few other desserts and drinks. So come hungry and leave full!! You won’t regret it.“

“Spoleto‘s Continues to provide outstanding cuisine. We have been customers since Spoleto was located on the south end of Main Street up to it’s latest iteration next to the railroad station. The food is great, the parking is free, the wait staff are excellent and all is good. Since all good food requires time in preparation when it doesn’t come out of a frozen locker; the wait time can be longer than McDonald’s, however, nothing better than sitting and sipping while waiting. A great New England experience.“

“Me and husband came for their famous clam bellies. Not only was the portions massive, the cl.bellies were nice and big. They were not chewy or rubbery. The golden brown fry in them was perfect. Not too hard not to soft and it was seasoned perfectly. We started our mean with a freshly made pot of coffee and some warm bread with butter. Shortly afterwards our meal came and it was out of this world. I highly recommend this restaurant and a word of advice, ear your clams there. They will be so much better and maintain their chrispy texture.“
