“I am beyond grateful for the young man that answered my desperate phone call after a 3rd party delivery service application experienced a technical error.
The result was not receiving our entire order, and my 7 year old daughter, who is home sick, was missing her frappe that I had promised.
Although I never caught this employee's name, who was super kind and professional on the phone, within 25 minutes, he personally drove to our home to deliver the missing item!
I am beyond appreciative and will highly recommend The Daily Scoop to anyone who wants great quality ice cream and equally impressive service!

“This is a wonderful place. All the people are so nice and friendly. We are regulars there and most of the employees know our special order. Can’t say enough about the owner. Do yourself a favor and go for food and/or ice cream!“

The Matcha strawberry ice cream was one THE best Matcha I've had. The pistachio had real pistachio in it that you actually chew the nuts. The pecan maple syrup was disappointing. Just tasted bland. Unfortunately you can only try two flavors before making the selection (and I went for pistachio and pecan maple) so I couldn't try others. Price is really recent for the amount you get. Please be mindful that these ice cream contain ALCOHOL though, and there are limited non-alcohol options. Planning to come again to try their other sundaes and tea/ice cream floats. Would highly recommend!“

“This place is great!! The staff is awesome and always soooo kind. Never had a bad experience here and never will. This place is reasonably priced, moves the line quick, and most importantly has THE best Richardson’s ice cream. My favorite is the peanut butter oreo! Not just dog friendly but dog lovers! The girl who took my order loved my dog and even told me that they can have soft serve vanilla! Now me and my dog can get a tasty treat from this amazing shop!“
